This is an amazing product!! Truly amazing! I have suffered from severe constipation my whole life. I literally knew what constipation meant before I could pronounce it or spell it. I only knew that constipation was why my tummy hurt when I was a child. 🙄 But when I take one or two of these pills— I will have a bowel movement within an hour or two— without fail. I don’t get the cramping and bloating that some other products cause— and the size, form, color and consistency of my bm’s are on point. It’s not for long term use— but I plan to consult with my holistic practitioner to figure out how I should incorporate this little miracle pill into my holistic lifestyle.

I first bought this product from a product representative a store. I wasn't serious about taking it, so obviously, I didn't see any results. I didn't know how it would work on me and I was working at the time, so I was afraid of the reaction it would have. Sometime later, I started taking it again every day. It really works. No cramping, no surprises. I didn't realize that Amazon had it. It doesn't work overnight, but it does work. You need to be consistent. It's gentle, but effective. I will continue to take it with my supplements. Very, very pleased with the results.

I like to take 2 capsules instead of the recommended 4 capsules because it is more mild, yet effective, in remedying constipation. I'm sure it depends on the person. For me it's great cuz the bottle lasts longer.

I use this daily. But I only take two capsules at bedtime. I have suffered from constipation for years. I take it in a regular basis. Like clockwork. I don’t worry about drinking excessive amounts of water. This stuff works !!! And its not like a laxative. It keeps me regular and its normal. Nothing that makes you think that you’ve taken a laxative. For me it’s a 50 day bottle. 2 per day. Recommended dose is 4 capsules a day. Id start with two. ?!

It works! I was rather surprised how fast and well it worked. I took it two nights and it didn’t cause cramps or anything that bothered me. I will be using it again.

In the occasional event that your digestive system needs help to get things moving, then this is the formula for you. I drink a few swallows of water before taking the capsules to hydrate my throat then I pop the capsule and swallow with ease. The effects are felt overnight if I take them before bed. Our family swears by Natures Sunshine products for decades now. Not just this formulation but many other herbal remedies and their consistency is peerless.

The first capsule got stuck in my throat sideways. I barely got the next two down. The next one got stuck bad and burned my throat bad. These are somewhat narrower than normal capsules. I can't take these capsules. Shorter more oval shaped would have been better. It's a shame, I think they were helping. Note: I do have problems with swallowing.
