Perfectly sliced brownies every time!
This brownie pan is made from quite weighty carbon steel, and comes with an insert which divides the brownies into 18 perfect slices. I used two box mixes from a supermarket (added extra choccy chips!) and got just the right sized brownies. I didn’t use any oil or cooking spray, and after letting them cool the insert came out smoothly and I didn’t get any brownie stuck to the pan. Washed up nicely in the dishwasher too. Overall, fantastic quality, very decently priced, and I’ll be trying out some small cakes in it next!
