So comfortable and super easy to assemble I was able to do it by myself! I love the different compartments and how I can rearrange it to my liking The fabric is really nice to where I don’t have to worry about my dog messing it up. Just over all great and perfect size for my living room. Also the seller have great communication and were really attentive before the couch arrived and after to make sure everything was delivered in a timely fashion.

Fantastic value for the money. The velvet is soft, the cushions are comfortable. It's incredibly easy to set up, I like that I can add to it or reconfigure it as needed. It feels sturdy and well made. The brackets that connect the pieces are secure and beefy. The Velcro that holds the cushions in place is nice and it works really well.I did have an issue with 2 boxes not showing up, but the company did a great job of replacing them.The sofa definitely needs additional pillows to make it comfortable, but that's not a big deal to me. Pillows are readily available, and having a solid couch is the most important part. I'm incredibly happy with this purchase.

A last the perfect couch to fit the whole family! and it looks fantastic.plus: velvet is so easy to clean, lots of storage, many configurations possible, easy to assemble, very comfortable (despite some reviews saying too hard) and so stylish!minus: the back of the couch does not go all the way to the top of the cushions and those cushions seem a bit flimsy. It is still super confortable and not a problem at all but I wonder if in the future it might become one. But I love this couch so much that I will simply replace the inside with a high quality foam.love love love this couch!

This couch i great! Easy to put together. Easy to clean or vacuum. lots of storage. so easy to make into the bed. Recommend for sure.

This couch is amazing! I was a little weary of buying it at first because i bought a couch off amazon before and it was not very good quality and not comfy at all. This couch is amazing quality and it is comfy. it’s a little firm but i don’t mind that at all. The color is amazing and the sleeper sofa and storage features are sooo nice. The sellers were very communicative as well to make sure i received all parts of couch and that they were undamaged. If you’re thinking about buying this couch i would 100% recommend it!

I got my couch on 5/3. I like the couch, but it was missing 3 cushions and 4 legs. I contacted the company and they said they they would send the missing cushions and legs. I recieved the cushions and still no legs. At this point I'm very frustrated because they didn't send the legs or the cushions with the initial order, they have the opportunity to fix it and still didn't send all of the pieces and parts. I had to work with them through Amazon to resolve the issue.Update: Customer service did send the missing cushions and legs and provided a refund however, I have now had the couch for one month and two of the cushions have begun to unravel terribly with minimal use. I contacted the company about it and they said because they provided a refund they will not assist with the unraveling cushions. This couch is of poor quality and I cannot recommend them. Instead of helping with the cushions which would be the right thing to do, I was told that I could go to their store and purchase new ones.

I like this couch. That being said, it’s not quite what I expected and if it wasn’t a huge pain to disassemble and rebox, I’d probably have returned it.Firstly, I bought it with the hopes that it would actually serve as a queen size guest bed. It seemed like the measurements online were pretty close to that of a queen. Reality was not the same, though. It’s much longer but not as wide. Thus, bedding didn’t fit well.Secondly, it was really hard. For people who like firm mattresses, that’s fine, I guess. But my kids all said it was really firm. Even with a foam mattress topper, they didn’t care for it.Third, the blue color I got was more denim-ish than I expected. Not a problem, per se, just didn’t look quite like the pictures.And lastly, it’s not complicated to assemble, but it was a workout. And it does kind of feel like it is just kind of stuck together.Overall, it’s fine. It is for a basement family room area and kids will be using it. So it’s fine. I was kind of in a hurry to get something, and I wish I’d waited a little longer/not just jumped right away. My sister and I found essentially the exact same concept but better quality/comfort and a more accurate size (a legitimate queen size bed)at the pottery barn outlet two weeks later and only a little more expensive than this. But it’s fine.

So far, so good! I was looking for something big, with storage, and a pull out feature that would arrive in a timely manner and this couch absolutely did not disappoint! Arrived within a week, easy assembly within an hour, and super comfortable! It is not a plushy squishy soft, but a firmer soft as other reviewers have mentioned but so comfortable. I’ve only had the couch for a week and will see how it holds up!
