I recently started using the Murad Multi-Vitamin Clear Coat Sunscreen SPF 50, and I am incredibly impressed with how well it performs, especially under makeup. First off, the texture of this sunscreen is lightweight and non-greasy, which makes it a dream to apply. It absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving any residue or white cast. This is a huge plus for me, as I have struggled with other sunscreens that make my skin look shiny or feel heavy. What sets this sunscreen apart is how well it layers under makeup. Even though this is on the more expensive side I always get this in the summer because it feels so good on my skin. Just a small pearl shape amount literally glides onto my skin. Some of my former sunscreens did not work well with other face makeup products but this is perfect.

Unlike Murad’s matteifying sunscreen, this product did not cause me to breakout, and it is one of the only sunscreen products on the market in the US with this quality.

I like the Murad Environtal Shield very much. The gel is very light weight and it takes very little time and gel to fully cover my entire face. It dries quickly and appears to protect my skin. Also, it's not sticky at all and leaves my skin feeling soft without any negative effects. I will continue to use this product in future.

I have been searching for years, and spent 100’s of dollars looking for a sunscreen that didn’t make my face breakout, and didn’t have a white cast. I’m happy to say I finally found it!! It goes on clear and has the feel more of an aqua gel than a lotion. Every sunscreen makes my skin look greasy, and this is no exception, so I blot it with oil absorbing sheets.

Murad Multi-vitamin clear coat sunscreen. SPF 50 with ++++ is awesome. I have basil cell carcinoma and have worked hard at trying to find the best sunscreen for my skin that didn’t leave a white paste on my face. The cost of this vs. the lotion one, is $30.00 cheaper and it goes well under my make-up. When you apply it, it’s instantly clear. Your skin is soft and smoother, but not greasy. I would leave it on a few minutes before applying make-up. I have also been able to put my primer on after the Murad and it sets well with it as well. I have not been out in the sun with it on for a long period of time so do not know how well that goes. Our weather is getting nice so I will come back and add to this either way.
