Good read

I don't have this actual edition, I just wanted to let people know that I bought a copy of How to win customers back in 1985, 3rd edition. It is one of the three most important books in my library, I consider this the bible on customer service and I've read a few, the life stories, words of wisdom are so insightful that I would recommend everyone in every business to read Micheal LeBoeuf book.
