I feel this is a very good product. It was relatively easy to install. I went for the hardwire option. I like the fact that the camera speaks to me when I get in. I was able to seamlessly connect to the camera by Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. I also verified that it’s taking the videos properly by examining the microSD card. I would definitely recommend this product.

100/10 recommend. I installed one in both vehicles & have been lucky to have footage when I needed it. I have been able to capture lots of close calls, accidents, parking incidents, etc. that I can confidently say I have definitely got my moneys worth. Easy to install

The cameras work as described and offer good features for the price, although they don't quite have the resolution to be able to read license plates. I installed these front and rear cameras on all three of my vehicles. I recommend these cameras.

Easy install, works well and it's nice to have an impartial eyewitness in our car. Speed, location, audio and video is great!

This is the fourth camera system that we purchased from Thinkware. My two daughters and my wife and I all have these systems. They are very easy to use relatively easy to install. The camera quality is excellent and I recommend downloading the app onto your PC so that you’re able to get the full picture of what the system can do.

Cable quality isn't good, the bundled app is not the best, and the SD card failed pretty fast (half a year), but it does the job for the most part and it's easy enough to install

Worked great for about two weeks and now I just get a black blank screen when I’m looking at live view and none of my recordings actually playback. It just times out and goes back to the main screen. I’ve tried the cellular data toggle off hack and it still doesn’t work on my Apple iOS 26.2. Right now it’s just a brick attached to my windshield and the support function isn’t working.

For a relatively small cost compared to a deductible or a drawn-out insurance dispute, it gives you something priceless: a reliable witness and a strong defense when someone cuts you off, brake-checks you, or a collision turns into a “he said, she said” situation. The front and rear cameras add clarity to most real-world incidents, not just crashes, but also close calls, unsafe lane changes, and hit-and-runs in parking lots. Video quality is sharp, and features like WDR and night vision help when lighting is harsh or conditions are dark. Add in WiFi/app control, parking monitoring (with hardwiring/OBD power), and reliability features like anti-file corruption and thermal protection, and it feels like a set-it-and-forget-it safety upgrade. Highly recommended.

Auch bei schwierigen Lichtverhältnissen sorgt WDR für gute Sichtverhältnisse. Besonders hilfreich auf unseren Reisen waren die Geschwindigkeits- und Rotlichtwarnungen sowie die ADAS-Funktionen. Die Parküberwachung gibt zusätzlich ein gutes Sicherheitsgefühl, wenn das Auto unbeaufsichtigt steht. Die Einrichtung über WLAN funktionierte problemlos, und die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig und durchdacht. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Es gibt kein integriertes Display, sodass das Ausrichten der Kamera ein wenig umständlicher ist – hier wäre ein kleiner Bildschirm praktisch gewesen, gerade beim ersten Setup. Aber nach einmaligem Justieren sitzt alles. Fazit: Trotz des fehlenden Monitors ist die Q200 eine sehr empfehlenswerte Dashcam mit durchdachten Funktionen und starker Bildqualität. Für uns ein zuverlässiger Reisebegleiter auf langen Strecken durch Europa. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

The camera is nice, but the app needed to use it is pretty problematic (slow, freezes a lot etc.)

I recently started using this dash cam and I’m really impressed with it so far. The video quality is clear both during the day and at night, which gives me peace of mind knowing everything is being recorded. The wide-angle lens captures a good view of the road, and the recording automatically loops so I don’t have to worry about storage running out. Setup was straightforward, and the suction mount holds the camera securely in place without blocking my view. I also like that it turns on and starts recording as soon as I start the car, so I don’t have to think about it. Overall, it’s a reliable and easy-to-use dash cam that makes me feel safer on the road. Definitely a worthwhile purchase for anyone looking for extra security while driving.

I’m really impressed with the Q200 Dash Cam! It’s easy to set up, comes with everything you need, and the 1440p footage is sharp and clear, day or night and the audio is crisp. The parking mode, safety alerts and speed camera warnings are super helpful. The Super Night Vision works well in low light. The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth features let me connect easily to the app on my phone. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable dash cam with lots of great features, everything you want and more. Highly recommend!
