I absolutely love This probiotic. I started using it a number of years ago, when I had serious stomach problems. I had severe contraindications to a drug I had been on & was really ill. I lost a lot of weight & was in constant pain, continually bloated, worst of all, was the fatigue & depression, a side effect of stomach problems. I did a lot of research, tried several things, none seemed to help.I came across Essential Flora-7, whilst researching & even though I thought it was quite expensive. If it worked I thought it will be worth it, as I had very little quality of life.When they came, I started taking them straight away & to be honest didn't expect them to work. I think I had bought 2 bottles of the tablets. It, from what I remember was on the fourth week of taking one a day, that I noticed the pain was less but most important for me was, that I had gone from having to go to the toilet anything up to 12 times a day to about 5.I started the next bottle & sent for 3 more bottles. By, if I remember rightly, the third month, I was going to the toilet normally, only occasionally did I get a bit of bloating or pain.I used them continually for a few years & then couldn't find them online :'(so I went about a year without & as time has gone by, the bloating & acid build up was coming back. I searched online & thankfully found them again :D so I bought some more, I am on the second month & I am starting to feel much better.It is rare that I buy things online or anywhere else to be honest & they actually work, but I would really recommend these to people.I'm in the UK & we don;t have anything apart from pharmaceutical crap that just hides symptoms & doesn't deal with the cure. I have to send for them from the USA but I'm more than happy just to have them back again.

I was using a OTC probiotic and after viewing Essential Floria-7 advertisement I felt that I needed to upgrade even though the price was 3x more than what I normally buy. I experienced no difference by switching to this product. Maybe I should have tried two caplets a day but then then would have doubled the cost. To me it did not provide the results it promised. The advertisement scares you into believing that you needed this product while an OTC probiotic does just as well. I hope they honor their money back guarantee.

I have tried other probiotics per a suggestion from my doctor. Personally I thought it was all a scam. I never noticed anything different. I thought I'd give this product a try. It did take about 3 weeks for my system to start changing. I now have several bowel movements daily where before I could go several days and start hurting. I don't have more energy but at least my system is now doing what it's suppose to do and that makes me happy because I don't have to use any laxatives.

I have tried so many probiotics and take them daily, but I was not really getting relief. If I did get relief, they only worked for a while, then seemed to stop working. I have been taking Essential flora-7 for about a month and I can see a huge difference from the others I have taken. It works for me. After one week, I began to have regular movements and do not have to take my digestive enzymes any more. Thank you for this product. I was skeptical at first because it did not have as much cfu's as my other products, but gave it a try and oh my, it works so much better than the ones I have tried. Love this product.

Well, it promised to improve my intestinal health...after 10 days of taking the capsules I haven't noticed any change at all. It has been an expensive exercise - £42.99 to get the product into the UK then a further £15.70 in VAT and handling charges. The value of the probiotics on the customs paperwork was given as $25.00. End result: no more buying products like this on the internet - I have learned my lesson!

I am sure that I am getting the benefits of this product in my first month, so have ordered a new supply.As I am an international customer, paying high postage rates, I wonder why you put 30 pills in a container that would likely hold 300.It just multiplies the postage costs !!

didn't do what it said in advert maybe you have to take more than one months trial of it for it to work but to much money to spend on the chance it might not
