This is a really good supplement I got mental clarity right away! Only problem is they are very round and really hard for me to swallow so I have to soak in water first and then I get gastro issues because part of the capsule has gone. Dang! Such a great product it’s a bit disappointing only be cause of that I wish they were in an oval form.

I was having serious problems with my eyes, including a gunky discharge. After only a couple of days taking Qunol Adv Omega 3, the problems are gone. This literally was a last ditch effort for me before going to an eye doctor and I am so happy. It seems a little spendy, but I don't care as its value to the comfort of my eyes is immeasurable.
