It’s a very big bottle and has been my favorite for several months now. A lot of fish oil pills tend to be very uncomfortable to swallow but not these. I can swallow the single serving (2 capsules) at once which is not the case for most fish oil pills out there. I think these are definitely worth the money. Has definitely helped with my pain relief the past few months after being recommended to start taking this. I haven’t noticed too much in my skin health to be completely honest, i do a lot of other things with my skin and have a strict skincare routine already so i don’t think i would even really notice. I recently learned that fish can improve Skin health so it’s something i’ll look out for. The quality of the pills are great i’ve never once had one explode. Overall these are very effective. And they definitely affect your energy level in a positive way.

I am so happy that these are now in a more easily swallowed shape. I like the quality of this product but always dreaded having to get these down. Big improvement.

This seems to be a quality product, and I was initially happy to see that this is a one capsule dose (the main reason I ordered this brand). I was also pleased that the capsule size is small, especially compared to most fish oil capsules. What I wasn’t so happy about is the fairly minimal amount of Omega-3’s in each capsule (thus the smaller size). My bad - I should have looked at the label more carefully before ordering. I guess a person could take 3 or 4 a day to up the dosage, but that wouldn’t seem to be very cost effective.

My doctor recommended I take fish oil pills to help with my cholesterol. I bought these and I love tat they don’t have any funny aftertaste. I have had others that had weird taste after taking them. These capsules are easy to swallow and no bad side effects. I will continue to use them.
