They work they're just a pain and depends on the mirror type.

They don't make it as like a transfer. You have to peel and stick it, which would be fine if it was one piece but it's like 7 teeny pieces and trying to line up the writing was difficult. It also peels where your fingers touched bc of the oils. So it's cute, but I wouldn't buy it again. They did send 2.

As a trained mental health professional I know the conscious & unconscious benefits of + affirmations via both research studies as well as experience. Post its on windshields, mirrors are a common homework assignment to my therapeutic clients (complete with eye roll). I also like to model the behavior for clients (when possible) because why assign something that I, myself, would not do/try out? With a new-to-me vehicle to personalize, this seemed like a good way to do that. Introduces some humor while also being + giving myself a + message any time I look in the rear view. What a good idea? Easier than taking a pill.

Could not get it to stay on the right side of the plastic so I can use it, frustrated with it, returning it tomorrow

I love that this comes in a three pack. It was a bit challenging trying to peel apart the plastic and ensuring that the vinyl portion stayed on the correct side of the plastic. With some encouragement and rubbing, I got it to work. It’s looks great in my rear view mirror, was easy to apply, and is an awesome reminder.
