High dose Metabolism support, trusted brand
This is my second bottle, and I’ve been happy with it so far. I tend to stick with brands I trust, and I appreciate that this one is made in the USA and does third-party testing. It gives me a little more confidence in what I’m actually taking. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that you get a higher dosage in just two capsules. I take mine at night as part of my routine and I never experience any after taste. Overall, it’s been a good, consistent product for me, and I plan to continue using it.

Easy-to-take Ceylon cinnamon supplement
These Ceylon cinnamon capsules are easy to take and come well packaged. The capsules are a good size and do not have a strong taste or smell, which I appreciate. I like that this supplement uses Ceylon cinnamon and lists the ingredients clearly on the label. I’ve added it to my daily routine and have had no issues so far. The bottle arrived sealed and in good condition, and the capsules are easy to swallow. The photo shows the actual product I received. Overall, this is a straightforward cinnamon supplement that meets expectations.

To soon to tell.
It's really too soon to tell. So far I have noticed a drop in my glucose level which is why I ordered this.

It works!
I am a type two diabetic that has been able to lose weight and drop some of my high blood sugar effects, but I started adding cinnamon to my daily supplement regimen. I switched from this brand to another, which was 4000 mg per dose and doubled up on that one to get the equivalent of this one. That means with the other brand I had to take four capsules a day instead of one capsule with this one. The other brand just simply was not effective, and when I switched back to this one, although I only have a few left in the bottle, I immediately woke up with normal blood sugars for a regular person. I will be switching back to this as long as they can keep it in stock. This one works very well for me and as a single capsule at a 20 to 1 concentration which worked really well.
