very poor quality and when we set the code it didn't work for a very long time. we finally got it to open back up (no we did not forget what code we set) but it continues to happen. definitely not what you want when you need access to medication. i got this for my parents' medications/supplements because their grandkids spend a lot of time there and we wanted a safe spot to store them. this isn't it.

I have no delusions that this is supposed to be some type of "safe" -- it's a medicine lock box, and if someone wanted to get into one, they will, full stop. Still, I can't overlook how this particularly box feels flimsy; a Sterilite of pretty much any model runs laps around this in terms of durability. To this box's credit, the locks are pretty well constructed and I don't see them being the chief point of failure. Everything else, unfortunately, does not have the craftsmanship to match.You could break this with a blade, a fist, a foot, a bat, or pretty much anything else lying around the house. It's not going to keep valuables truly safe and it's not going to keep someone who wants in, out. If you're trying to keep cookies away from your toddler, this might work if your kiddo knows the consequences for breaking things. But if you hid cookies from an adult, they could break in with a swift kick (or honestly, a strong wind). For $40, that's not an awful lot of security.Overall, I don't hate it -- it has its uses, but safety and security aren't two of them. You'd do best to look elsewhere if you value whatever you're planning to lock inside.

I absolutely love this locking medicine box. It is a clear medicine box to be able to see what you have. The size is amazing because it can hold many different medications comfortably and easily. Is very easy to use and looks good in any home. This can fit anywhere just about. It's got two separate locking mechanisms so you don't have to have the same combination on both locks which adds an extra security. This is perfect if you're going to be a foster parent you will need these in your home. The price is very reasonable and it is really good quality!! Cheap, doesn’t protect your valuables and throwing away. When I say plastic, I mean thin, cheap plastic. I bought another one from another seller and it’s great. Move on!
