Don't get caught up in the blue marketing. Buy this one instead and have an all metal versatile jig!
If you're looking for the best affordable pocket hole jig, buy this one. I previously owned 3 of the blue jigs, you know. the ones that rhyme with Keg. While they performed well, they always felt very overpriced for some injection molded plastic. This GOINGMAKE pocket hole jig is no joke. You are GOING-TO-MAKE with it! Some have complained that the bits are a little brittle and I could see that. Most Titanium Nitride( you know the cheap gold) bits I have used are sharp but brittle and do well for a bit but then break. I will say it survived my first failure where I didn't set the height of the gauge at first and plunged the bit into the aluminum base of the jig... Now I have a dimple in the jig to remind me. SET THE JIG... It worked beautifully in MDF, and in Hardwoods like my piece of cherry with very minimal tear out. I tested the worst of the worst cases, across grain, with the drill in the slow mode. On the left was fast, and right was slow, in this case, drill in the fast mode will produce better results as its a higher number of cuts pocket hole. Not to mention the jig is beautiful, the all metal construction, the ability to take it off of the hold down, and use it with standard clamps makes it incredibly versatile and easy to use, and the vacuum attachment is icing on the cake! If you buy this, be prepared to buy a good quality spare pocket hole bit if down time from a broken bit is a no go for you. Buy this over the blue brand. If I had one tip to the manufacturer, it's to place a detent(is that the correct word) or protrusion along pocket hole jig itself so when it rides in the slot it stays aligned better. Currently there an be some slop, although when you clamp down, that slop goes away.

Good quality, easy to use and well thought out.
I like GOINGMAKE's line of equipment. The black & white design is clean, and easy to read. I have purchased a few things from this company and this pockethole jig is one of my favorites to build with. This thing is a beast as far as build quality and easy to use since it comes apart with just 2 screws. It combines the ability to make a variety of different adjustments for wood thickness, yes, but the base also contains a spot to adjust the depth collar on the 2 drill bits that come with the tool. I really do love the ability to disassemble the jig and clamp part of it to the end of a longer board such as a 2x2 or a 2x4 that is too long for standing up in the jig on the workbench. I was looking at possibly having to buy 2 separate tools. This just made things that much easier and didn't cost me any more money. The vacuum port is a nice feature. I can connect it to my shopvac for dust collection. The opening is 1 1/2 inches O.D. and whether you work in metric or imperial, GOINGMAKE has included both sets of measurements on every piece so there's no need for conversion math. Im really happy with the quality of what I got for $50. There are a couple more Goingmake tools I will likely just get myself for Christmas this year.

Strong and very resilient.
I work in carpentry, and the one I had before broke; I found this one, and it has turned out to be very high quality and a great price, it is strong and very durable.

Good jig, terrible drill bits
The jig itself is good. Feels well made and solid. Dust collection is a nice touch. The drill bits included with the jig are worthless. Both drill bits broke on the very first use on soft pine. If you buy some quality pocket hole bits, the jig works well.

Accurate, fast , great value
Easy to use, comes with all the bits needed to do the job . I really like thet I can screw it down to the bench and just bang out the joints ... Cuts down work time amazingly. I screw and glue .. Feels like these joints will outlive me. 🤣

Solid Pocket Hole Jig with Built-In Dust Collection – Great Value for Woodworkers
This Goingmake all-metal pocket hole jig is sturdy, stable, and easy to use. The built-in dust collector keeps the workspace cleaner than most jigs I’ve used. The included drill bit could be better, but the jig delivers accurate, consistent pocket holes and feels built to last. It doesn’t have every feature of high-end brands, but it’s reliable for everyday woodworking projects. I even made a custom base to hold the jig and accessories (see photo), which makes setup even faster. For the price, it’s a great addition to any workshop.

A Keeper!
My first pocket hole jig! I don’t have a single complaint. I think I’ll have this for a long time into the future. Durable and portable

Sturdy base but broke the bits on first use
Broke both bits' tips in my first 4 holes. Might be a user error (was putting pocket holes in 16mm MDF), not sure.

Improvement on an earlier purchase.
I had a basic pocket hole jig before, but purchased this as an upgrade largely because of the dust port. That said, there are several other good features, in particular the scales built into the base, etc. that help with setup for differing thicknesses of stock. I built a base to hold it and accessories, including a small spacer the right thickness to support the edge of whatever you are preparing to drill flat on the bed of the jig. This makes it easy to clamp the jig on it's base to the workbench and when needed. The quality of the jig is good, however, one of the drill bits broke soon after I began using it (hence the 4 stars).
