I bought this item for my husband who recently discovered he has plantar fasciitis. He puts this in his shoe and it helps the pain by putting support on his arch. Very comfortable to wear, and the quality is great.

I've always had flat feet, but as I get older, it's getting worse. My feet actually went up a half size in my late 30s due to this. Unfortunately, I also have an unusual situation where my feet are flat and supinate, which is kind of rare I guess. This has caused me landing on the outside of my feet and often rolling my ankles. I injured my ankle a few days ago, and I've not been able to get my muscles to cooperate with proper stride for healing and it has been worse. Even putting in an ankle splint was not helping. I got these Dr. Scholl's arch supports and in on day it has helped SO much with correcting my stride so I can heal. The reason I can't give it a full 5 starts however, is that the bands constantly slip and I have to keep adjusting them. I haven't tried them with shoes on yet so unsure if they will in shoes, but in bare or stocking feet, they slide. I may wind up 3D printing a heel strap of some kind to help kind of hold them in place, because other than that, they really do help.

My wife was in great pain in her foot that came out of nowhere I saw these and saw the reviews and was not sure so I went ahead and bought them she put them on and very quickly the pain subsided and she is doing much better so I recommend them.

Love this sleeve! it’s easy and fast to put on. I don’t wear it with shoes but allows me to be barefoot again !!! ❤️

I have major foot pain. My pain level is 10/10. It mostly occurs when I’m off my feet for awhile and and stand up. The bones on the top part of my feet, feel like I dropped a 25 lbs weight on my foot. It’s hard to put all my weight on one side. The pain used to go away, once I start moving around. Pain is starting to linger around longer and I needed immediate relief. This product doesn’t take my pain away, but it does provide some relief. It’s better that NOTHING!

I don't know if these are meant for all day wear or with shoes or not, but mine basically fell apart. They never stayed put, and im not sure they helped a lot. Wearing them to bed is about the best use I got out of them.

I have bad plantar fasciitis and these are really helpful to provide arch support, which helps relieve some of the pain. They are small enough to be worn inside of other shoes, or with sandals that don't have arch support on their own. The compression is pretty good and they stay in place well.

Stopped my foot pain but the band can roll up and cause chafing. I would recommend
