Nixlo IGR on 14 acres — ticks dropped from 30-50/year to 1-2 after a few years of use
I’ve been using this for nine years on our 14 acres of low-lying, swampy, wooded land. We have several dogs, lots of deer and rodents, and the property stays wet. Before we started a proper program the dogs were picking up 10–20 ticks a year. Now it’s one or two. This is not a killer. It’s a controller - “killer by control” if you will. This is a pro-grade product that your locale's professional application company's (Squad) uses. It sterilizes the next generation so the population collapses over time. A lot of the bad reviews come from people expecting immediate knockdown. That’s not what this product does, and once you understand that it makes complete sense. I apply it three times a year with a backpack blower/mister, mixed with proven killers like Bifen IT and Stryker. The combination has given us extremely good control of ticks and a clear reduction in mosquitoes by knocking down the breeding population. Ticks simply don’t seem to survive on the property the way they used to. It’s mildly satisfying knowing the bugs are being sterilized instead of just temporarily reduced. It’s not the best choice for small spot treatments, but for actual acreage it has been phenomenal. After nine years I still consider it an essential part of keeping the land and the dogs manageable. Effective if you use it the way it’s meant to be used. Please remember to apply this and all insecticides in this pro class at dusk to help our friendly pollinators!

This thing works!
You must use gel bait or glue pad or spray or other products to catch and kill big cockroaches with this. You will see effect in about a month but this thing works. All other products I mentioned above won’t be effective without this one as those products won’t kill all cockroaches and this one seems to stop reproduction which is very important. I used for German cockroaches. Read and follow instructions. READ MY REVIEW AGAIN.
