I like to have my windows down. I don't like to get water all over the inside of my door. Unfortunately, the MKV roof appears to employ some sort of system in which all water on the roof collects above the door and then waits for you to open the window so that it can all flood in and attack. Seriously, I've never had a car where water just streams in the open window like that, even if it's only open a crack...and usually right on to the window controls, which has to be great for the electronics inside.Installed these and have been pleased with the results. Obviously, you can't open the window all the way, but now I can at least crack my windows a few inches on a rainy day, enjoy the cooler air, and not get my interior wet. The rain channels off the roof, onto the deflector, and down onto the still-closed portion of the window. Works fine when parked in driving rain, too, if you want to leave the windows cracked on a hot day but are worried it might rain later.Install is pretty simple. Instructions are very basic, but get the job done, and if they aren't straightforward enough there are videos to be found online. No tools necessary, no modification of any sort required to the vehicle (no potentially damaging adhesives)...it really just slides right in. Took maybe 20 minutes, including unboxing, and is quickly and easily reversible.The looks are a matter of personal taste. I like the way they look, and they are much less obtrusive (physically and visually) than the ones that use adhesive to stick on above the window. They aren't super noticeable, and if you've got a darker tint (I don't), they disappear almost entirely from a profile view.Bottom line, they are a reasonably stylish, easy to install way to correct a bit of a design flaw in this platform. Be sure to select the proper fit for your particular vehicle.

WeatherTech seems to be the only place to find visors for the 2.5 Rabbit coupe. It's millimeters off in allowing my window to roll up at the top rear corner. It's going to cost half the price to ship it back. Not a good experience for custom fit. The passenger side is negligible. The driver's side took a bite from the window.Eta this was replaced and the next visor did not chomp

I love the deflectors held off for a long time on buying these but i was tired of having to get in the car cooking away in the sun, i could never crack the windows since is rained all the time. Now i don't worry about it! It was a great fit looks nice and installation was easy. only negative thing i have to say is that the window sometimes thinks that there is debris in the window slit at the top of the door. Although this was warned on the website and instructions. To this day it does it still, but i found that if you just make sure that then top of the window and the slot where the windows go into are clean, problem solved. overall great buy, but 4 stars for the issue. I say just follow the guide and let your window sit for a full 24 hours before opening them once installed

Make sure you follow the directions when putting these on. The front edge has to rest on the outer most weather strip on the window frame. Just follow directions and you will be good to go. No problems with them flying off on the highway, they fit very snugly.

Fit great, no longer getting rained on and took maybe 10 minutes. Eight minutes on the first side and two on the second. Very easy once I actually followed the instructions. Only thing is the instructions say to pull out on it, but that did nothing, no idea what it was supposed to accomplish as it seems to work as advertised. Good product. Packaging was a little big, but that seems to be normal. Also seemed like it was going to be too long, but fits fine.

Perfect fit! But they do rattle if the windows are down. It sounds like the window glass is rattling against the plastic of the deflectors when going over bumps. I don't care about the noise but I have to explain why it is to my passengers so they don't think my cars junk.
