I bought these because I have a couple of cape style coatigans that need to have one side thrown over the shoulder to complete the look. They are a very thick, double-layered boucle, and I thought I was going to need to wear a brooch like an 80 year old dowager Duchess to keep it in place.A friend suggested hijab magnets. I looked at them and thought they looked too small to work on such thick fabric, but they have decent reviews so I risked it.Fast forward to yesterday, when I had to go for a small procedure at the local hospital. I threw on a loose dress with the coatigan/cape over for ease of changing into a gown. I was sure the little magnets would be lost at some point during the day, but I remembered to save them when I removed the cape, and leave them magnetised together through one layer of the fabric while I wasn't wearing it.They stayed in place perfectly throughout the day! I drove, walked, got into a gown, got back into clothes, walked some more and then drove some more. Nothing was moving those magnets. Even when my seat belt caught them they stayed put!So, I am extremely happy with my purchase. The 4 colours provided blend with everything, and I have found they are also an unobtrusive way of keeping a wrap neckline in place for modesty purposes!Buy them! You will find them so useful for lots of clothing-related dramas!

Do what they promise, very strong magnet on them.

Holds fabric/material in place, doesn’t move or slip from position.Little bigger than expected but great quality and lovely tones of gold and silver, will compliment most outfits.

It is not strong enough to keep the scarf in place and it's broken after only couple of times of using it
