If you buy this product, you're in for a real surprise. After it connected right away to my iPhone the sound quality took me by surprise. Not to mention that the device is very comfortable in your ear and has not scared my ear. For this price, which is great, it surpasses the Plantronics by leaps and bounds. You will enjoy wearing it. The only setback is that it does not tell you things like, Battery status and the limited voice responses. But you will like it a lot.

I got this to keep at my work desk for video calls. So, it's not really a big deal for me, but the part that goes over your ear doesn't fit behind my ears well. I don't have particularly small ears and have had quite a few headset, so I'm pretty sure it the design. I'm just sitting at my desk when I use it, so I don't really need that part of it.The sound quality is very good and the battery last pretty well.
