I have chronic tendinitis in my forearms and sometimes need to ice, but your standard rectangular ice pack doesn't really stay on or even fit a rounded arm very well. I had some little ice packs that wrapped around the joint but those just randomly stopped working for me one day, so I decided to try this. It's great. It goes where it needs to go and it's flexible so you can function a little bit. It doesn't feel super secure, so I never try to do too much when I have it on. I have worn it to drive to work though, and that was successful. It could stay cold longer. I ice for 20 minutes at a time but I feel like this has done all it really can by 15 minutes in. It's still effective.

Good quick way to get ice on your elbow that’s not too cold. The only concern is cold only last about 15 minutes so if you want to rotate 15 minutes on 15 minutes off, you’ll need more than one. It takes a while for a warm one to cool off again.

Oh, wow, I only wish they stayed cold all day! I have Lateral Epicondilitis which is tennis elbow, on both arms, and these are so refreshing to put on fresh out of the fridge. Ahhh.

I used it as instructed but it leaked eventually after 2 months of use. To be fair it was good while it lasted but it didn't last long enough

I was very excited to use this ice pack sleeve for my painful elbow, but unfortunately it is way too big. The size chart said to size up if you are in between sizes, so I went with a large. The only way that I can use this sleeve is to just lay my elbow on top of it while sitting, which defeats the purpose of getting relief while being able to continue on with my day while wearing it, because it is heavy and just falls off of my arm.
