The cards are sturdy and well made. The outer surface is a glossy smooth finish and the inside is unfinished paper for easy writing. The gold edge on the outside was consistent across all cards. I can recommend these.

These are lovely cards. They have a simple, elegant design and I love the brown envelopes. The envelopes have a sticky strip on them for sealing. The inside of the cards are blank, so they can be used for all kinds of occasions. I'm quite happy with them.

Very pleased with this set of note cards! The cover images are quite lovely, like delicate pressed flowers. They're printed on excellent cardstock, very sturdy and formal feeling. It's a very soft, subtly off-white color that's quite glossy on the outside, but matte on the inside. The soft kraft brown envelopes are a lighter brown color than a paper bag or a box, more smooth and elegant than that. The gold foil trim is also soft and elegant, not brash. Just tasteful and understated and pretty all around.

I am so glad I got this box of cards and envelopes. The designs are such lovely, colorful flowers of all types with lots of space to write your message. I had a special project for letter writing and used up the entire box of these sweet, perfect cards. For what you received in the box, the price is very reasonable.
