This worked so well during my period. I wanted to give it a try and was happy when I noticed my usual symptoms, like irritability, fatigue, headache, and cramps were significantly reduced or not even there. I’ve only tried this for one period cycle so far so I hope it continues to work.

Hear me out…this stuff ACTUALLY works. Truly, sincerely, and I’ve tried it all. Even paid tons of money for a personalized progesterone compound that didn’t do anything. All of the other hormone treatments made me go the opposite way, which I’m sure is why you are here looking for something safe and effective. This is product is subtle but noticeable, and most importantly helps the constant stress and rage that comes with PMS. Will it work as well for everyone? I’m not sure, but I’ve tried a lot and feel like myself again, without paying a fortune. I highly recommend. Would give 10 stars if I could. I have been taking these during my cycles for about a year. I take a dose as soon as I notice that PMS moody feeling hit. I definitely feel a difference shortly after taking them! It’s not a magical transformation, I just feel more calm and balanced, less irrational and short tempered. A definite improvement from my typical lifelong PMS symptoms. You don’t want to eat or drink anything for at least 10 minutes after taking the remedy. Also avoid mint and caffeine for a while afterwards as they can make homeopathic remedies ineffective. I buy this for a family member and she can’t say enough good things about this product. Boiron products are natural, usually effective, and has no taste.

I don't personally use it, because I am post menopausal, but my daughter who has special needs (I have to be cautious about what I give her to) help her through her cycle! They are chewable, light sweet flavor and take effect within 10-15 minutes. This was an amazing find it helps her without having to give her what some would consider poisonous ingredients or stimulants in order to help her reduce the pain she experiences. Although I do not have a cycle, due to Medical hysterectomy, I had extreme pain, had to stay in bed 1-2 days, later they led to multiple issues, so I know that she is in a lot of pain and when I give her just a few Cyclease she feels so much better and no need to put her on anything prescription or OTC which contain a lot of ingredients that cause her sensory aggravation. She is 19 years old and I have been using them for the past 5 years again a little goes a long way sometimes I only give her two doses per day along with some Royal maca if it is a heavy flowing cycle. I highly recommend these for anybody in that population my niece even uses them now because there are no drowsy side effects or added caffeine, which cause feelings of panic, overwhelming fatigue, along with cramps, so they have been a lifesaver & I do like the brand too. I have followed the recommended dosage for this past week but feel it is not enough and I dont want to take more. I instead am trying a vitamin supplement on top of this. The effect is not significant enough to say it has changed my life or anything like that. I have severe PMDD and have tried pretty much all pharmaceutical options that have given me nothing but horrible side effects. I have to say this product helps just a little bit but not 100 percent. It feels like a band aid that falls off and pms persists. This is on top of daily exercise and staying fit by eating healthy, none of that minimizes the PMS for me and glad that products like this exists, its just sadly not enough for my severe pms/pmdd. I do plan to give it more time but wanted to write review that for me it has not been a product that has immediate effect especially for mood changes in case that could help someone.

I was on birth control pills for so many years that I didn’t realize how badly my menstrual cycle affected me! I suffer more during PMS than I do when I actually have my period. The week before my period I get severe headaches, experience dizziness, and uncontrollable irritability (my poor husband), depression and anxiety. I didn’t experience any of this on the birth control pill and as much I would’ve loved to stay on them, it was time to give hormones a rest. I really wanted to find a natural way to help my symptoms without all the unwanted side effects that come from hormones. I came across this product and after reading the reviews decided to give it a try! Six days before my cycle was to arrive I took 2 tablets each night and the results were incredible! They recommend taking 2 in the morning as well but I started off slow since it was my first time. I did not get any headaches, no dizziness, no depression and no irritability! I did have slight anxiety but it was much less than I normally experience. I also noticed that my cramping was not as severe as it normally is and I didn’t have to take any pain killers. I will be taking the recommended dosage next month for sure! I definitely recommend giving this product a try!

This works so good. Not to be confused with the cramps relief, they’re different. Both work for their intended purpose though and I love them
