I held off on buying electric drums for all of these years simply because I never was comfortable playing on them. I was always disappointed in the way they felt and sounded, so I just stayed away from them and stuck to playing acoustic drums.... Until now! I must admit after watching several videos of reviews from many other drummers I decided to look into the Alesis strata prime. I now am the proud owner of my first e-kit and I am not the least disappointed. I took my time calibrating each drum and made sure the mesh heads were tuned before I started playing.
