I cannot evaluate actual usage yet, I purchased this in preparation for an upcoming trip. However, I do like the ease of attaching the various connectors, and multiple plug options. The array of adapters seems to make this device useful in numerous countries around the world. I did not know I would need almost all of them traveling in Northern Europe, Iceland and Greenland. Additionally, it is compact and hopefully allows my wife to use her precious blow dryer while we are traveling.

Altho a little bulky, this converter/transformer was a godsend on my recent travels. Since it has a variety of plugs, I will be able to use it again when I travel to different parts of the world. the 110/220 inputs/outputs were very helpful as well.

It worked perfect in my recent trip to South America. I was able to test it in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay and in each location I was able to charge my devices perfectly: laptop, iPhone, shaver, camera batteries.

This did not work in Scotland for my curling iron and now my curling iron no longer works

I specifically purchased a voltage converter for my trip. My hair strainer was fried seconds after plugging into this. Don’t buy it. I’m returning and would like my strainer replaced since the description was not accurate. And I have no strainer for my trip.

The CE certified power converter is small. It is less than 4 inches tall, 2 inches wide, and 2 inches deep. It includes a small storage back along with 3 different adapters. One is for the UK, one for Australia, and the last one should work in over 100 countries.To use the power converter in the US as a regular charger or power outlet, I fold out the plug in the back.I can get additional instructions by scanning the QR code I found on the bag or on the back of the power converter itself.It has two USB-A and two USB-C ports. The AC outlets have labeled covers. The top AC outlet doesn’t convert any power. Its output is the same as the input and that's why I see on its cover Output Voltage 220-240 Volts. I have to be careful if I'm in Germany for example, where the voltage is over 220 Volts. But in a country with 110 Volts, I can use any outlet of the converter for my 110 Volts devices. Only the lower AC outlet converts down power as it is labeled Output Voltage 110 Volts.I can use devices and appliances that draw up to 1000 watts. When I go over the limit, it safely shuts down. The AC outlets support devices ranging from 25 to 1000 watts.I see man holes on the top, sides, bottom, and lower part of the back for heat dissipation.Lastly, it has a PTC fuse that prevents damage caused by short circuits or overcurrent conditions. And I don't have to reset the fuse. It resets itself once voltage is back to normal.
