It has been a game-changer in my home. Its sleek design fits well in any room, and it's easy to use—just plug it in and go. I went camping recently and took a giant bug screen with me and this for backup. I'm glad I brought it as a ton of mosquitos got inside from opening/closing the doors. This didn't magically make them disappear, but it did keep them from biting me. They all flocked to the top of the screen, so I'd have to say this was pretty effective.The only con I noticed, is that it burned through the repellent faster than 6 hours. I'll have to do some more testing, but my first strip turned white after only 3 hours. Since you only get 10 of these pads, you will want to look into getting some refills asap.For the sheer size and portability of this bug repellant though, I can easily recommend it. I didn't need to worry about spilling any liquid or sacrificing weight/size in my bag. Since I bring a power bank with me anyways, this makes sense to always have on me. With a 20-foot radius, it's perfect for sitting in one place trying to relax. Just keep an eye on the pads!

This product is easy to use as you can plug it in to an electrical outlet. I use this and a Thermacell and we are able to sit outside without getting eaten up by mosquitoes. You just have to remember to shut these off when you go in or you waste product!

This thing is essentially a 1-Ohm ceramic PTC element wired across USB contacts and glued to a metal plate. The 5W of power doesn't sound like much, but it's enough to heat the pad above 100 degrees Celsius within a few minutes. It does appear to be an actual PTC (not a dumb resistor), so it's probably not at risk of thermal runaway.They work perfectly with Thermacell pads cut in half. I use two of these plugs velcroed together in a vertical position to encourage convection, and they give out just about as much "smoke" as one thermacell device but without the hassle (or expensive fuel). Thermacell hardware never worked well for me (mostly just didn't stay lit), so I'm much happier with electric plugs.

parents still got bit by mosquitos.no battery, has to be plugged in to work.Not expensive, but not really effective.Better than nothing, but not as good as spraying yourself with mosquito repellent.

I used this on my porch with a charging bank and it seemed to work OK. The range seems to be limited, and I don't know that I'd trust it as the only mosquito deterrent used (I also put some repellent lotion on my legs and arms just in case). The refill was a bit hard to insert. Will this work for you? If you go in expecting a repellent that will keep some mosquitos at bay, the price is low enough that you won't rage if it doesn't work as well you hoped. Mosquitos are tricky and I've yet to find a perfect repellent for them.
