Fits the Radpower RadRover Rear Rack
Pros:1. Very good value - less expensive than many competitors2. Adjustable to fit a wide variety of racks3. Large - 27 liter (about 7 gallons) stated capacity3. Very sturdy4. Waterproof5. Available in black or highly visible yellow6. Lacing on the outside for easy access to hats, raincoat, or other light items of clothingCons:1. No secure outside pocket for keys, sunglasses, money2. Not available in orange, a popular highly visible accent color (but check out the offerings from Waterfly and Ibera, both available on Amazon).Notes: The clips are a perfect fit for the fat tubes of the RadRover Rear Rack. I like that the top clips can be adjusted by sliding forward or back and locking in place, and that the bottom clip can be rotated in any direction and is on a curved track giving it various options for fitting to your rack. The bags are large enough to fits a spare ebike battery in its carrying case and anything you want to stuff around it - extra clothes, snacks, etc. There is a long and flat zippered pocket on the inside which will fit a standard highway map (though who uses those anymore) but I would have preferred a secure compartment on the outside for easy access to sunglasses, a set of keys, cash, or a phone. The lacing on the outside will securely hold a hat or other article of clothing.Construction is patterned after dry bags like the ones that have kept my gear safe and dry on the Grand Canyon and other whitewater trips, and just as sturdy. It's made of heavy, plasticized material and a single roll-top closure secured by three straps with buckles. In fact, I would not worry about the contents should I be caught out in heavy rain. I do wish they'd made the closure roll away from the bike rather than towards, though, so that water would flow away from it, but that's a niggle - it still isn't going to get in. I'd be much more concerned about the electronics in my ebike. At this time I've ridden about two hundred miles with at least one bag snapped to the carrier of my fat-tire ebike. The snaps (both the pair along the top and the adjustable one half way down that attaches to the rack supports) seem quite secure but the bag did fall off once when I was jarred by a large hole in pavement I didn't see in enough time to avoid. In retrospect, I think I probably hadn't locked the top pair of clips, so I advise making sure they are both on and locked, something that, at least with the fat tube frame of the RadPower rack, requires pushing down on the clip after the bag is mounted in place. Nothing was damaged in the fall and the bag was unfazed.

Excellent
I rarely write reviews but after 3 years of regular use I have to say these bags are wonderful. No leaks or rips, still vibrant and, tho the stretch ropes are showing wear, it appears they are set up for easy replacement when they do finally break. If you need waterproof, large capacity and durable these are the bags you want.

Great Value Bags
I would have absolutely given these bags five stars except for one small, but yet important issue. As an ex-military guy, construction worker, and bike builder, I wouldn’t say I’m a very wimpy guy at 6 foot 200lbs. I’m only telling you this because you may say “this is probably a wimpy guy” when you hear my one and ONLY complaint about these great bags. Here we go, the buckles on the side that are used to open and close the bags have all sorts of perforations in them, possibly to make them lighter? Your skin gets caught in those small openings and when the buckles are closed they catch your skin and it really hurts. I’m almost willing to attach some photos of three areas of my right and left hands that literally bled from being pinched. I am now very cautious to hold the buckles a special way so that they don’t catch my skin and make me bleed. This is sort of a big deal as I’ve even warned my wife to be very careful when opening and closing these bags. Other than that they are fantastic! Very durable material, fantastic mounting system, and an absolute great value for the price! Just be mindful of the buckles to not catch your fingers. Hopefully the manufacture will swap those out in their next generation of bags.

Capacity and versatility at a great price
This is a review of the "ROCKBROS Bike Pannier Waterproof 27L Large Capacity Bike Bag".Purchased these bags for a 200 mile bikepacking/touring trip. The first day we had some light rain and entire week had to ride through large puddles of standing water - but my gear stayed bone dry. I don't know if sustained heavy rain would have been different but the bags passed this particular test with flying colors.Mounting on an Ibera bike rack was simple - the clips slide and rotate so should be configurable for virtually any rack. The carrying handles are convenient, and the latching mechanism makes detaching from the bike at the end of the day very quick and easy. That same mechanism for attaching to the rack is just a little bit tedious because the little tab (see "tab" in second image above) that locks the latch in position (it slides to adjust to different size racks) would occasionally open and I'd have to rejigger in order to get the bag on the bike. This was my only complaint and is not a showstopper by any means (probably could be fixed by a small piece of gorilla tape). These seal like a dry bag so can easily expand and contract based on amount of gear you are carrying. A small zipper pocket on the inside for small items (I did not use). Also webbing on the outside is great for stashing items on the fly (rain jacket, food, etc). Finally rubber feet on the bottom should reduce wear and tear from sitting on the dirt.Overall fantastic product which I highly recommend. The industry standard seems to be Ortlieb bags which I used once for a 1 week road tour. Honestly these Rock Bros seemed just as good as those Ortliebs and a fraction of the price.I also got the Rock Bros top tube bag which I will review separately.I highly recommend both of these.

Quality product, great capacity.
This is my third pair of panniers to try out. The previous ones were sent back right away. These seem durable and well built. Deep and wide, perfect for groceries and other bulky items. Secure attachments even though my lower rails are too thick for the bottom clip but because those clips are fully adjustable I could make them work. I don’t own or drive a car so size, durability and ease of use were concerns. Very pleased.
