I bought this for my sister to carry her dinner to work and she has been using it since late December 2023. She LOVES it! It holds an adult-sized meal for one easily, with separate compartments for hot and cold items. It even has silverware with it. It heats up quickly and is easy to clean. The parts are dishwasher-safe. She may get a second one so she can switch out - one to use while one is dirty. It is just perfect. Would also be great for kids/teens who take a lunch if they can plug it in for half an hour before lunch.I recommend this!! This is the gift that won the holidays this year in our house.

my husband visits different sites all day and this is how he gets a hot meal. says he plugs box into his car and 30 mins later its steamy hot and the perfect temperature he says the box keeps everything moist and he loves his packed lunches now. many of these lunchboxes were expensive this was one of the best priced ones and it works great

I purchased 1 for my husband and another for my brother for Christmas. I haven't heard anything good or bad from my brother so that's a good sign. My husband loved it and uses it all the time, said it heats his food very well to the point where it can burn food (rice) if there's not enough moisture. He drives for big box grocery chain and said the other driver's are jealous they can't heat their food in the truck!

Works great I got it for my boyfriend to take his lunch to work. It comes in handy, especially on days where he doesn't have access to a microwave. I did have to do a product exchange, which I was able to get done hassle-free. I am happy with the purchase, and my boyfriend loves it.

I bought this for my son to take to work as he says he's tired of cold sandwiches every day. Wanted to wait a bit to write a review to see how it holds up. He says that it heats pretty well, takes about 30 to 35 mins. and food is hot. Disappointed with 2 things. 1., it doesn't have a separate top to put on it to store in the fridge the night before. ( He and I both thought one of the main points and convenience of having this was to be able to prepare/pack you lunch the night before so he could just grab it and go) But you can't, or you have to just Lay the top that snaps it all together on and hope that when you grab it out of the fridge you don't drop it when you take it out. Do not trust putting the whole unit in the fridge overnight just to be able to keep food covered. 2. Although he primarily uses this in his work truck to heat his food, thankfully the car adapter works because the wall plug doesn't and didn't work right out of the box. Will give it another week and see if it is still working, otherwise will be sending it back and purchasing another type from another Seller.
