Good customer service.
Had a small problem with bag after a few months but it's not a common fault with them.. the company I brought from was very understanding and sent me another one asap. Can't go wrong buying from them. Very happy

Great for combinations
The bag absorbs shocks nicely and is great for working on combinations and straight punches.It was a nightmare to full up with as much water coming back out as went in. I ended up putting a wheelie bin underneath to catch the runoff.Also mine had a small pinprick like hole and I considered returning it, but after the difficulty of filling the thing I just bought some rubber glue and patched it easily.
