its elastic is way too loosematerial is non spandx so will fade after few washes

It's very comfortable the 4 books gives a good grip at the lower back but the padding is light and fit is very stretchable so it does not give a good support for vigorous excercising like jumping or zumba or running. So I won't call it a good support bra for workouts. Fabric quality is good. It is value for money for normal regular wear under t shirts. Appearance and finishing is smart
