This book has become a daily practice to start my work day with the right mind-set. Its a roadmap for the beginning of a good day, a positive outlook and wise words that start me off on the right path. The Real Estate business is a people business and it starts with me. Having a daily guide to get me going in the right direction to help people go in their right direction, is crucial. Whether you follow daily or open up the book to whatever page it lands, it will have a message that ring in your ears the entire day!

John Joseph was my real estate coach for several years. This book he has written is a gem. It is full of the insights, wisdom, and even hacks that make a real estate agent or broker successful. With this book by your side, real estate is made simple, but not easy! It's designed to give you a thought and task for the day. Each thought is a HUGE piece of wisdom to become a top caliber real estate professional, and a good person. I will bet that if you read each day and stick with it, the amount of value in this book is jam packed. The lessons are also rich, which would make it work for several years of rereads. I will be leaving this in my office for all of my agents to see. Easily 5 stars for anyone that is brand new to real estate, growing their business, stuck at a certain level of production, or even just complacent.

I've been reading this book, a "chapter" at a time. Each chapter is a guide for a realtor to consider, regarding their mindset, their business, their day-to-day activities, in short, all that they should do. And we all fall short. The beauty of the book is that you can assess yourself, write your thoughts for that chapter, and go back tomorrow, next week, next year and see what you have done to change yourself and your business. The author has been in the trenches, and knows what makes sense to be successful. You'll thank him as you read this book. Buy it and make money from it!,

Real estate is not all always fun and it is especially not always easy, but like anything rewarding it takes patience and consistency. This book allows you to focus on a win every day regardless of what is going on. Everything begins and ends with mindset in RE. This book is something I've been using EVERYDAY to re-calibrate my mindset, strategy and perspective to run my business like a business!!
