great value/one of the best yard tools that I have purchased
I had several uses for this when I bought it--and it exceeded my expectations. 1. Large sweet gum tree overhanging deck--I started cutting, expecting about a 5-minute time--and in about 2 minutes, a rather large branch fell on me, almost knocking me over! No harm done, but a good reminder that this is a VERY sharp blade--similar to a drywall jabber but sharper. Depending on what you are cutting, it could go a lot faster than expected--watch for falling branches! (sweet gum is a fairly soft wood) 2. Large silver maple--very tall and top branches definitely need a pro arborist. But there were some mid-level branches (2-3 inch diameter) that should have been reachable that were brushing on the top of a potting shed--literally impossible to get to with a ladder. This did the trick. Again, this seem to cut through silver maple fairly quickly. 3. Ash: again, awkward position and impossible to get a ladder close to lower branches. This worked but I guess that ash is harder--it took about 10 mins. to get through a 2-3 inch diameter branch. 4. Apple: worked great--but as noted in other reviews, this tool works best on slightly hardened wood--not on slender green ones. I just positioned farther up the branch. 5. Old fir tree: again, top levels absolutely need a pro arborist, but there was a midlevel very old, very dead branch overhanging neighbor's yard--very hard to get to safely on ladder. This did work but took about 10 minutes or more--again, hard deadwood. All in all, in about 2 hours I had a large pile of branches/limbs that will take 3-4 weeks to recycle through the weekly yard debris pickup--and happy to do it as doing this work myself saved hundreds of dollars! I mention all of the details to show that I really do think this is a very useful and versatile tool. Also: the tool does extend to a VERY long length--much more than I needed. But I could see what some others have pointed out that it could be a bit wobbly at full length. Also, I found the tabs that controlled extension very quick and easy to use as I moved from one tree to the next; the foam grips are secure and high quality. Will this blade dull eventually? Don't know. As far as I'm concerned, this tool paid for itself the first day.

Durable build - Great Value
I have used the saw now for about a month and find it no issues in its operation or build. I've used it to prune a Macintosh apple tree and a Blue Spruce on the property with no issues occuring the whole time except for the line wearing out at the top (which was expected) and remedied quickly. Just exercise proper judgement when using as to not overwhelm its abilities such as trying to scissor too large a limb. I was able to cut just over 3/4" on the apple and 1" on the pine by taking 2-3 pulls on it instead of 1 hard cut which will stress the Acme thread attachment at the top. Every tool can be broken even, a hammer, so just use it within its limits for longevity. I found the saw attachment to work very well for thicker branches as well. I find the telescopic feature is durable but extended each section no more than 75% to be safe. When using the extension sections remember to start from the bottom section first for rigidity and progress upward as needed.

Good pole saw- did the job!
Works fine. Totally did the job. Blade doesnโt seem like the highest quality so will look for better one that will fit- but it works for now!

Quality Extension Pole
I purchased this 26ft pole after getting a similar pole from Vevor on amazon of which the 2 bottom pole sections would not extend, despite wd spray and all other kind of efforts, and comparing it with a prior 12 ft SKGPOLE I'd gotten in 2024 which all its sections effortlessly opened. So based on that it motivated me to try out their 26ft pole saw as I need reliable and easy extentable pole for all that length to trim a tall fruit tree. I was not disappointed when it arrived, finding all of the pole's sections effortlessly extending smooth as butter, letting me have all of the promised high reach. While I did like the saw better on the Vevor model that has a hook at its end handy for pulling down branches almost sawed that will give at a tug, I prefer reliability and the sturdiness of this SKGPOLE saw which actually has a more secure way to attach in that it literally does screw onto the end of the pole as well as gets a firm bolt to hold it in place, where the Vevor saw did not actually screw on but sits on the pole's end, only held by the single bolt. So everyway around I find this to be quality and able to do the job it promises in its reach capacity, light enough for me a senior woman to make use of.

A great addition to your landscaping tool kit!
This tool was the PERFECT addition to my landscaping tool set. I have a battery powered pole saw, two chainsaws, a few hand saws, various clippers, and a corded hedge trimmer, but I couldn't quite reach some of the top shoots up in the apple tree or on the big bay hedge. This pole has awesome reach and chops the unwanted growth right off the higher limbs I can't reach with my other tools or reach easily on a ladder. I'm super impressed with the weight, the balance and the sharpness of the lopper.

Low grade hardware
Fruit basket hardware broke off at first use. Basket fell apart multiple times as I harvested a full grown orange tree. Telescopic pole is nice and easy to use. Havenโt tried tree trimming yet. But cheap hardware is a concern.

4 rating
The blade is flimsy. Should be a thicker blade.

Different size nuts and screws
Would be nice if the screw s and nuts were compatible . They were 2 different sizes. Otherwise the pole and saw looks ok
