Amazing
AMAZING. this product is just fantastic, makes really rich dark chocolate items and it’s been revolutionary for my baking. It’s not overly sweet so you can get a really deep flavour, it makes things jet black which also makes them look more decadent. Will have this as a permanent feature in the cupboard

Very dark cocoa powder.
This Cocoa Powder was much "blacker" than I anticipated, and when used in ice-cream was quite bitter, sort of like very dark chocolate. I am sure this is correct (the clue is in the name of product after all) it's just more bitter than I expected. As a product it probably deserves 5 stars, but as reviews are subjective I have knocked a star off as it wasn't what I expected.

Horrendous product smells and tastes horrible
This product is horrendous. DO NOT PURCHASEI Brought this product to help make my black buttercream darker quicker without using so much coco powder and black food colouring. But what a total disaster this product is!!It has an awful smell to it and an even worse taste to it.When you open the bag straight away you can smell the strong iron like smell which lingers and it is even worse once mixed with the buttercream. It ruined my whole cake and I had to start again costing more money to purchase more ingredients to fix it! No not buy and if it had a 0 star I would give that!
