Sharp. Very well made and strong. Looks to be hand forged. Sheaths are meh, and somewhat flimsy. Handles are wood and will need treatment (mineral oil works best). Love how these cut thru any food you are working on. It is a breeze to even chop thru bone if needed. I use these to prep meat for the smoker and to slice it up after. I would only hand wash these and dry them well as I believe these are carbon steel and prone to rust. Would not hurt to store them with a thin coat of oil on them as well.

Oh my gosh. So much more than what I expected. I was looking at the Matsato knives but I didn't want to spend the money for them. Found these for like $30. Figured I would use them one time, then buy the "good" ones. But these are just as good as what I expected from the Matsato knives. I don't have them to compare and I won't. I am very happy with these. The leather sheaths are cheap but I won't use them anyway. Knives are heavy and sharp. I don't usually leave reviews. But the over expected value of these, I had too

These are great, they work on everything. My only complaint whatsoever is the sheaths for them are fairly cheesy, but for a $30 knife set, its still a great purchase. Just dont let the handles soak, they need to be oiled and kept dry. Just be careful, I cut myself fairly bad just touching the blade

Seriously! Nobody should be able to get these three knives for this price. These things are outstanding! Extremely strong, the edge keeps sharp for a long time, they sharped ridiculously easy with a $0.99 washer style sharpener (Yep, bought that too) and they are just fun. Couldn't be happier with these beauties.

I purchased the knives very skeptical because the price was so low, but I was surprised. These are well-made knives with wooden handles, very steady and made from strong materials. Each knife comes with an individual pouch to keep it protected. These knives are not a toy — they are definitely for serious kitchen cutting. When you use them, you can feel they’re designed to work: chop, slice, no problem. The only downfall is that they didn’t feel sharp enough at first, but once I used a knife sharpener, they were ready to go. The way they feel in your hand and the grip is really impressive.

I love these knives! I got these to use field dressing. But decided to use them in the kitchen instead and I have to say these knives have been the best addition to the kitchen since my wife! 😂 THAT WAS A JOKE!! Besides she leaves most that up to me which I love doing! And these knives actually make it easy! Super sharp and so very versatile as they can and will cut, carve or sculpt anything you want! I promise you will love these knives y’all! And for those that usually aren’t very comfortable with knives these are the perfect size and weight to make anything you do a lot easier and with less effort!
