I like these pillows more than I expected to. I am pretty picky about my pillows. And for some reason over the past year my neck is just really unhappy with the pillow that used to be so comfortable to me. I saw these on prime day and since my husband needed a pillow as well I gave it a try. They have a nice amount of support without being too firm. Though shredded foam inside they're not lumpy like others I've tried. I can't tell which is supposed to be the cooling side to be honest, but the pillow isn't hot-and I sleep hot so that's saying something! The covers are nice and plush. I did notice the odor some speak of. Luckily it is summer and so I put mine outside in the sun to air out (I did wash the covers as well). I haven't found I needed the extra filling at this point, but if it flattens in the future it's really great to have some to add back in.

FANTASTIC pillows. I didn't have high hopes, but these pillows are fantastic. The perfect amount of fluff, but they send extra in case you want to make it more firm. Easy to fluff up each night before bed and they are truly cooling.

I like the pillows overall, and hope they’re durable. They did have an initial odor, but it disappeared after about 48 hours. When I took them out of the packaging, I was surprised at how floppy they were. I like a fluffy pillow. However the floppiness also disappeared in a day or two and they really fluffed up. They’re heavier than a polyfill pillow, but lighter than other foam pillows I’ve had. I did make use of the adjustability and added the extra stuffing. There really wasn’t much, so I don’t know if it made much difference. I knocked a star off because the extra stuffing is different than what’s in the pillow already—it’s a completely different color, even. And on top of that, the extra filling felt really lumpy, and I realized there were pieces that had kind of a leathery plastic skin. See the photo; the piece in the foreground has two layers of that lumpy white skin. I had to pick all those out. It is pretty comfortable sleeping all in all, but what is that weird stuff?! There wasn’t any of it the stuffing that was already in the pillow. Kinda feels like they had some stuffing “seconds” they’re getting rid of.

Very comfortable pillows and great quality. They are soft yet firm and love that more or less filling can be adjusted by removing or adding to the pillow. Very customizable to get the perfect fit. Also they do not hold heat so no worries about getting too overheated while sleeping.

I used to always do reviews and I am very behind but I have to give my 2¢ worth right away on these pillows. I was looking for the side sleepers that have a curve on one side to fit your head, neck and shoulders. Well, these are not that but..... I picked up the box and was surprised at the weight. Once I opened it I found 2 very well rolled pillows that easily laid out to a full, fluffy queen size pillow that feels so good to lay back on. As I sat with my back supported with the pillow it was the perfect feeling of surrounded in plush comfort. The queen size makes them perfect for cushion as I shift or turn. The true 'oh wow' moment came when they were side by side. Perfect for laying my head back and being able to put my locs up and over the top of the pillow without resistance or them getting caught up with a pillow not keeping proper shape while supporting my big head and heavy hair. The side pillow is the right height to feel like a support pillow to rest against as a side sleeper. Granted I have not actually used them for a night yet but the stiffness in my neck was majorly relieved when I was trying them out. I'm thrilled with this choice. And the bonus is each has a pack of additional stuffing if I feel they need it as they settle in to the role of keeping my neck in a comfortable position. So glad I finally stopped reading and comparing so that I can enjoy a restful sleep and look forward to a much better day without cricks in my neck.

I still don't care for them BUT; these folks bent over backwards to help me. I'm going to adjust the rating to 3 stars. If customer support is important to you these folks do it right. My recommendation is Don't Buy These. The cover's threads were un-stitching as I removed them from the package. The pillows were loosely stuffed with chopped foam and did not hold my head up. They were packaged in a vacuum shrunk plastic bag that made it impossible to put back in the box to return. When I contacted the seller they sent me a form letter which offered me $8.00 to keep them. I suspect they have a bunch of returns. Given the difficulty of making a return package, I suspect many folks just take the * dollars and these guys still make a profit.

Best pillow I’ve ever used!!! It’s like a super upgraded, high quality, fuller & way more comfortable “Mypillow”. Firm yet soft -you can easily take out or add “filling” to suit your preference. Adjusts and conforms to however you like your pillow, you don’t sink flat through the night, it actually stays full as you sleep & it’s doesn’t hold body heat. Highly recommend.
