So I didn't have to modify these to make them work on my TH900 cups. But there are a few things about these that seem somewhat cheap for $60.Positives:They give you plenty of hardware to attach these, washers, sizes of screws, end caps, lock nuts etc.Negatives:First off, the metal seems like pot metal, and the clamping force isn't that great (I even have a large head).The adjusting system where it slides up and down moves way to easily, which makes it slip when just trying to put them on, and it doesn't seem to hold very well while on your head.If these were like $30 - I would say they would be worth it. I am on the fence about returning. Going to test for a few days.

After 1 year, my Hifiman Edition XS started to show signs of abrasion and wear at the headband even with little use. I decided to look for a replacement and this product showed up as a good option, considering the geometry, materials (metal and genuine leather) and price. It was a great upgrade indeed! The headphone seems less plastic, more resistent and refined. Just be aware the the holes at the arc holders are not the same size as Edition XS screws. You will have to open it a little in order to have the screws fully adjusted, but with a 4mm metal drill it is an easy job.

Qualità costruttiva medio-buona. Ma lho preso con la prospettiva che fosse vera pelle, quindi più duratura rispetto alle finiture artificiali..invece è simil pelle. Installazione su cuffie hifiman molto problematica (i padiglioni sono difficilmente rimovibili). Sconsiglio
