So the package was amazing. It was wrapped up good and protected and easy to install, very comfortable and slick and cool looking however it doesn't have a lock on for your back but after you get used to it, it's really comfortable plus the waste grips your side and it support your back and posture, so I give this a five out of five

The assembly for this chair was a piece of cake, however. I wish had returned it the moment I put it together. After using this for 6 weeks, its now sitting as a decor in my guest room due to how terrible the engineering of this chair is. Head Rest: perfect high, but horrible extension. The head rest does not move forward for neck support, it tilts up and down. Lower back support: this is the biggest issue! There’s not enough movement of the cushion like to move up and down. This is a TERRIBLE thing. It sits either way too low or not high enough where it should go to support your spine curvature. I’m 5.8 tall and the back support on this is not engineered properly. I felt much better sitting with a regular pillow on a 50$ Chair I got from IKEA. I wish that I could return it, because it’s sitting in my guest room not doing anything. I have had my partner try it and one my friend was so excited to see it, then he was also VERY disappointed by how horrible this chair is. It caused me more neck pain and added to my discomfort. I wish I could give this product Zero stars, especially for how expensive it is! I’m beyond disappointed.

Really nice for my back and the reclining feature is amazing and does not make you feel like you are going to fall.

TL;DR: Chair is kinda meh. Probably not worth your money. Gonna start by saying that first of all, you as a buyer should pick a chair with as much scrutiny as you can afford because its rather difficult and tedious to return a massive chair after you've bought an assembled it. (A mistake I unfortunately made with this product) Secondly, this is just an OKAY chair. For it to feel comfortable to me however, I had to completely unscrew and remove the lumbar support portion which is not only way too big for it to be comfortable (you literally cannot lean your head back against the adjustable headrest with it there), but also has less options for adjustment than what the advertising/manual suggests. I've noticed other people have had similar issue with the support. The support doesn't move forwards and backwards as the manual indicates. In fact, after I looked at the actual mechanism of the chair itself, I noted that hinge makes it literally impossible for it to do so, so I'm not quite sure why that is listed as an option. (While I'm on the topic of the manual, it's very difficult to read as it's written in broken English I presume as a result of google translate?) The support does move up and down though, but if you move it too high, then it unlocks and moves back to the bottom. Fairly limiting in that regard. Like I said though, I removed it (it is not designed to be removed) so not much of a bother for me. Otherwise though, the material of the chair is light and breathable. If you sit down for long hours and your office is not cooled well enough so you end up sweating, the fabric being thin and porous lets ventilation reach your back and buttocks (gosh that's a silly word) as opposed to a thicker foam-backed chair. It's better than my previous chair for sure, I haven't sat in many comfy chairs before so I don't have a solid reference for what constitutes a "good chair", but I'm quite sure there are a many chairs in this price range that are better than this chair.

i recently got this chair after looking into ergonomic chairs since my former gaming chair had started to break a bit. i do love this chair but a few problems is lower back pain and not being able to lock the reclining(to my knowledge). i will say im not very tall im around 5ft to 5'2 but the lower padding thing on the chair just bugs me a lot💔. also, not being able to lock the chair angle brings me a problem as i can never lay down without having to put pressure or force to stay down.. im not trying to be "im so petite and small" but not being very heavy its hard to keep the reclining back🙁. the headrest also doesn't lock(to my knowledge) so thats also a bit tedious to hear the clicking sound whenever i put my head back. love the chair! but for people on the smaller side, it might not be for u💔

Tip: do not put on the "decorative back piece" until you decide you want to keep the chair. It covers the screw holes and must be pried off very carefully to disassemble. I wanted to like this chair so badly! Unfortunately it was so uncomfortable my bum would go numb after 2 hours. Im 5'7" and the lumbar support hit at all the wrong spots. Locking it on the highest setting didn't help because any movement would unlatch it and it would fall. I zip tied the lumbar support in place but it did not help the issue of numbness after hours of sitting. It felt like like was 2 inches too far forward, if that makes sense. It pushed too hard into my lower back. The adjustable bar for the lumbar support did nothing, literally nothing, to adjust.

I bought the Hbada Ergonomic Office Chair with 3D Adjustable Armrests & Adjustable Lumbar Support (Big & Tall Mesh Office Chair) hoping for comfort and quality—but what a complete letdown. • Uncomfortable from day one. The seat is stiff and cheap‑feeling, the backrest digs into you, and the adjustable features don’t help one bit. • Lumbar support? What lumbar support? The so‑called “adjustable lumbar support” doesn’t actually support your back. It slips around, doesn’t stay in place, and provides absolutely ZERO ergonomic relief. • Armrests flop around. The 3D armrests wiggle and don’t lock. They feel flimsy and unreliable—completely useless. • No support from Hbada—ripoff service. When I reached out to return it, Hbada ignored me. They offered no help, no label, no pick‑up, and definitely no refund. • A total waste of money. I paid for a “premium” office chair and got something that feels like a $50 piece of junk. Bottom line: Don’t buy this chair. It’s uncomfortable, unsupportive, and with zero customer service from Hbada, it’s a total waste of your money. Buyer beware.

Ya varios meses en uso y sigue como nueva, bonita, ergonomica y me encanta poder subir y descansar un poco las piernas. Excelente para trabajar en casa.

La uso para pasar muchas horas frente al PC y la verdad es que me la imaginaba mas comoda pero la parte de la espalda esta muy inclinada que ni siquiera ocupas reclinarla con la palanca, lo que si me gusto es que es de mallas super fresquito. No suelo usarla en modo inclinado por lo mismo de la parte trasera, de hecho creo que si se pudiera ajustar mas hacia el frente me evitaria algunas incomodidades y cansancio en horas de PC.

Me gusto que tiene tanto un posicion flexible como fija para la inclinación del asiento
