Good quality Wash well

It's nice bedding for my son, soft and the right size. Doesn't slip around like some. But I bought it a year ago now and it's washed every other week in rotation with his other set... I still have to wash it separately because even with colour catchers (which come out dark still every time) the colour just runs so much. I've never known any bedding or clothing to do this still a year later! And so of course the colour is fading but it still looks OK. It's just annoying tbh, think I'll buy another set from dunelm now I've had a year out of it. The lighter colours are probably fine but this dark navy I would avoid

I wanted to replace a heavy duvet cover that had too much material and was a nightmare to wash and dry. This is just a plain simple envelope with press studs. Perfect. The material is very thin so it won't last long but at this price who cares. You can replace it every six months. Its not velvety smooth but its comfortable and light. Look, if you want top quality go and pay £400 for an Egyptian Cotton 1000 count at John Lewis. If you just want a decent duvet cover this is fine.
