I had been taking melatonin tablets for a while and that wasn't helping so I decided to take it in liquid form. The taste is not bad and I didn't face any side effects. I take these drops half an hour before sleeping and it puts me to sleep within the next 30 minutes. I wake up feeling fresh and energetic which never happened before.

I don’t usually put reviews but I had to for this one! I have I’ve been using these melatonin drops for about three weeks now, and I can honestly say they’ve made a difference in my sleep routine. I like that it’s in liquid form because I can control the exact dose. At times I just take half if I need a lighter effect. The taste is mild, not too sweet or artificial, which is a big plus since the ones I’ve tried in the past didn’t taste good which was one of the reasons I couldn’t continue them. Within about 20–30 minutes of taking it, I start feeling naturally drowsy instead of groggy, and I’ve been falling asleep faster. I also notice I don’t wake up as often in the middle of the night. It took a few nights to find the right dose for me, but once I figured that out, it’s been really smooth.

Useless. Don't buy it.

I am from Kerala and was facing problem with sleep for many months. Tried many home remedies but not much help. So finally bought this melatonin drops after reading reviews. In the beginning first 3-4 days didn’t feel much but slowly I started getting proper sleep and now I fall asleep faster and wake up more fresh. Taste is also mild so easy to take. One small bottle is lasting long because only few drops needed. Price I feel little high but for the benefit it is worth it. Delivery also came on time. Overall I can say this is a good product for anyone struggling with sleep.

The recommended dose is 20ml which gets you sleepy pretty fast but you'll feel stonned next day, if reduce dose, it doesn't work. I also bought 10mg melatonin tablet and I found them better than liquid. But this works faster and taste is also good.
