Outstanding Customer Service & Great Value!
I purchased a refurbished 16-inch MacBook Pro from Chrome Source. The laptop arrived in excellent physical and functional condition, passing all hardware tests with zero issues. When I noticed the initial charger included was a generic USB-C setup that triggered power diagnostic warnings, I reached out to customer support. Joy from their team responded right away and sent over a replacement 2-meter MagSafe 3 cable to resolve the issue. Once plugged in with the new MagSafe cable, the diagnostic codes cleared completely and the Mac runs perfectly. Huge thanks to Joy and Chrome Source for their top-tier communication, quick resolution, and great customer care. I would definitely buy from them again!

Apple 2023 MacBook Pro: A Photographer’s Dream Machine!
As a photographer, my work demands a high-performance laptop that can keep up with intensive photo editing tasks, and the Apple 2023 MacBook Pro has exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I powered it on, I was blown away by its speed and efficiency. Editing photos is a breeze, and even the most complex tasks are completed in the blink of an eye. One of the standout features for me is the incredible battery life. I’ve been able to work on projects for hours without needing to plug in, which is a game-changer for those long editing sessions on the go. It’s refreshing not to be tethered to an outlet all the time, and the freedom to work from anywhere is a huge plus. What’s even more impressive is that we bought this MacBook Pro renewed, and it was like new when it arrived. There were no signs of wear, and it performed flawlessly right out of the box. It’s great to know that you can get a top-tier device at a more affordable price without sacrificing quality. Overall, we love everything about the Apple 2023 MacBook Pro. Its speed, battery life, and build quality are unmatched, making it an essential tool for any photographer. If you’re looking for a laptop that can handle demanding tasks while still offering a sleek and reliable design, this MacBook Pro is the perfect choice.

Keys were sticky. Not like new. Power adaptor shorted out.
Keys were sticky... still are. Obviously severely damaged at one point and the keyboard was replaced. Not like new. Give me a non-apple power adapter that shorted out a few weeks

Great laptop, no issues.
I passed my old MacBook onto my college kid and so needed a new one. Works great, sleek and efficient. I just wish that Apple would get with it and realize these honking blocks plugging straight into the wall is NOT it. Other than that I love it.

It could’ve been better
The description said open box, but it was a regular used laptop(with some physical wear). A count of 134 battery cycles had already been ran when it landed on my hands. But it’s functional and the rest it’s ok.
