step-by-step how to draw for young children
My 4-year-old grandson did a really good job of following the drawing-steps for several animals and produced pictures he was very pleased to show his mom. I Am a firm believer that it is really good for a child's artistic confidence to create something that looks enough like what he is trying to draw to make him/ her happy with the results--not just to please the mom who often says ""is that your OWN work?" When do we tell a beginning cook he/she can't use a recipe book? Sorry for the soapbox, but I owned a business for 20 years that encouraged kids to use whatever tools they wanted to create something they were proud of--only to have the moms come pick them up and shoot them down...

Its nice for young kids, but my daughter said it is boring. Recommend for kids under 5 years of age.
