Zevo MAX Bug Catcher & Fruit Fly Trap, 2 Bases & 4 Refill Cartridges

This brand seemingly came out of nowhere and I’ve been seeing it everywhere, and after using this MAX model, I’ve actually been very impressed by it. I’ve noticed a considerable reduction in random flying pests in the house. I’ve been through several bug zapper and bug catcher products over, and I would argue that this one I’ve found to be the most effective. They’ve all worked, but this one I rarely see anything flying around anymore, whereas other products, it might take a few hours or days before the product did its thing. I live in a house with several occupants and occasionally, every year, there’s either a recurring drain fly problem or they sneak in when people come in and out of the house. I purchased this a few months ago and this year, I’ve only seen one. I would argue that these are very effective, but it could also be dependent on the product’s proximity to a light source. It’s going to excel in darker areas or when you turn out the lights, but if it’s drowned out by daylight or artificial light, it may not be as effective. I probably wouldn’t use it in a room that I sleep in because the light is considerably bright (like a beacon), but it is silent so it’s not bothersome at all to have around. No fan running, no zapping. Overall, I think the price is kind of steep, but, it’s worth it.

The Zevo MAX Bug Catcher has been a great addition to my home. It was incredibly easy to set up—just plug it in, insert the cartridge, and let it do its job. Within a short time, I started noticing gnats and small flies getting trapped. This does exactly as it says.......but placement is the key. I thought i would trap more downstairs in the kitchen area where I store my potatoes - but I trap way more fruit flies in the back stairwell heading upstairs! I think because the rear stairwell doesn't get much sun and it's a dim space - so the light really attracts the insects. Anyway.... since installing these, I see zero fruit flys buzzing randomly around - and no embarrassment when having company over. Well worth the price and ongoing investment in refill cartridges.

That the zevo really works, but it didnt attract many flies yet, just giving it a little more time, I think the flies may know its a death trap, lol

After a week it caught 3 bugs even when many gnats were flying around RIGHT NEAR IT! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I’m going back to the home remedy of putting a little dish with apple cider vinegar near the fruit and that kills all the fruit flies. I don’t know why I tried to get this thing its stupid.

I’m about to fire my exterminator!! I’ve already ordered refills. So glad it works. I was literally being buzzed by flies- it was aggressive. It was super easy to set up. I love the appearance- especially the blue lights that I now substitute for nightlights. Easy peasy to clean!!

work great, but i think the price is a bit high. wish there was a rechargeable battery type. have to make sure there is an outlet close by where you want to use the device. no smell, easy to change the catcher trap. blue light to attract bugs is bright (can use as a night lite too), easy to use. the whole device is larger than i was expecting, but not too bad.

This is the best bug catcher around. We've been trying to catch this one fly. We put the Zevo MAX on the counter and we had him the next morning! Also, we are harvesting from our garden and lots of those tiny gnats came in with the harvest. They all went to the light.

House flies don’t go near it.
