So far so good. Had it installed for a few days and used it a few times. Temperature stays steady within 2 or 3 degrees. Water comes out nice and fast. Installation was so easy I managed to do it all myself (replacing an existing installation).

Brilliant shower - no problems installing at all. Everyone loves it in the family.

Very stylish and simple to use. Was good value at the sale price but would have been dear if had paid full price.

The buttons to change the heat settings to eco or cold don't work. Sometimes the showers changes settings to a lower setting half way through showing and as the buttons donr work, the only way to get normal temperature back is to turn it off and then on again. Had buttons replaced once and issue is happening again.

Easy to install and works a treat. Digital display showing the temperature is accurate and the touch panel for changing from normal to eco mode works fine (responds much better than the shower this replaced which was the Triton Touch which never responded 100%)

UPDATE February 2022After experiencing the temperature seemingly being too high or too low, I removed the cover after isolating the unit at the mains. The dial had been installed upside down by the (apparently qualified) electrician who had fitted it! )I switched it round and the shower works as it should!Still difficult to change to eco as button not sensitive. Dial not easy to turn with wet hands.Problem I’m having now though is a buzzing noise has started. Obviously shower is out of warranty now. Two years use is not great value for what was an expensive electric shower!Older review below:Bought this last late Summer 2019 (installed Autumn by Electrician) and reviewing now in Summer 2020Issues:1/ Main dial is quite stiff to turn especially with wet hands and is smooth.2/Temperature in summer is a minimum of 43 degrees (normal setting). If you try to put it on ECO (to get it lower temp eg 37 degrees) the flow rate goes right down3/When trying to select ECO to lower the temperature, the touch button doesn’t work properly with wet hands and takes several attempts.4/Max ECO temp is 37 degrees but flow minimised. Minimum normal setting is 43 degrees therefore missing temperature options between 37 and 43 degrees. Probably the temperature most people shower at.4/The shower head doesn’t quite fit into the holder properly and is awkward to place5/It dribbles for a long time after switching off - seems to get a lot of air in system6/ Probably quite tricky for younger children to use (11+) as they may not be able to adjust settingsGood points1/In winter and spring it works okay and temperature issue as experienced In the summer doesn’t matter so much2/It looks nice3/You can see temperature at an instance which is good (as if in summer you may get a surprise with the water being too hot!)4/Shower cleans well and doesn’t show water marks (even in hard water area)5/Good quality heavy shower head

Negatives for the retailer are that this had no outer packaging other than the retail box so when left on my doorstep as all amazon deliveries are this day it was obvious what it was plus the box was pretty battered and the seal was not intact which made me wonder if the deal on these were because they were customer returns. However the product was intact. As for the product itself: Likes are: Easy to fit, keyhole on the top fixing screw is a nice touch and swapping water inlet from left to right is super easy (wish this could be done with the wiring too!), looks stylish without the price tag, UK made so hopefully support should it be needed is accessible. In use the control is nice and grippy and I had none of the problems others reported of the touch control buttons being iffy when wet (mine work perfectly), temperature display is a nice touch, a quick check on eco mode performance via our smart meter revealed it consumes 5.5kW in Eco mode vs 9.5 in normal which should give a useful saving in energy (10p on my shower habit at today's prices). Dislikes are: the etched arrows on the dial are not clear enough to see once the dial is wet visitors would have to experiment to find out which direction is hot and which is cold. Temperature control is open loop and the display merely reports the temperature of the water coming out of it. I'd much rather it was thermostatic and you set a target temp which it could hold. Switching from normal to eco mid shower results in a significant and swift change to the dial being necessary to prevent it getting far too hot. It is also irksome that it does not come on in the mode it was last used in it is always in normal mode so if you like to shower in eco mode as default then you are going to have to experiment with the temperature EVERY time you use it. Probably cost driven design considerations but mode retention and thermostat would make this much nicer to live with.

I'll be honest.. most of the electric showers looking really ugly.. but this one looks queit nice, chrome colour, nice digital screen. Was easy to install. Really happy, that found nice looking electric shower for a good price.
