I bought this sofa bed hoping to get the full package as described,especially the storage.Very DISAPPOINTED and would not recommend if you’re looking to buy to get more storage.

If you are wanting this sofa with the stated delivery date do not order. 4 diffrent dates later we finally recieved the sofa. Customer service hung up on me when i questioned this. Sofa came boxed but assembly was quite simple to be fair and it really does look nice. Seller responded to emails quickly but couldnt quite understand that the date given is the expected date not the 5 to 7 days they told me after i had already ordered so maybe need to update the page to state this.

Had sofa for less than a year and already fabric has come off, the pull out bed broke because the thin plywood is so cheap and brittle it snapped easily when just simply trying to pull the bed out.The couch itself is not comfortable, it's like sitting on a rock and the filling of the couch is already worn out so if you sit in between the seats you're essentially sitting on plywood.Really regret buying this, customer service is non-existent they just rob your money.
