They simple and fairly inexpensive, but they seem well made enough (I'm 225lbs and sit on them). We just wanted something small that could be stowed out of the way, but would allow us to sit right in front of the fire and warm up after coming in from the cold. These work quite well, they look nice, and didn't cost an arm and a leg. Pleased with the purchase, we would buy them again.

I need to be able to elevate my feet during extended reading stints, and this little stool has been the perfect solution. I didn't want a piece of 'statement furniture' to clutter up the living room. This fits neatly behind my platform rocker when not in use, becoming effectively invisible. Assembly was simple and easy, and I've found the stool to be rock solid. I did snug the bolts down after a week or two. This has been a simple, cost-effective solution to a common problem.

The walnut finish on the genuine solid wooden legs is very nice, and not too dark. I like how it went together easily. I LOVE that the company provided extra screws! (I have had way too many items arrive with screws missing which is so frustrating, but not this item!) the cover fits well and is a nice neutral tan/almond off-white shade that goes with most anything. It’s a little rough-feeling fabric though, and higher than other stools which I think is more comfortable to rest one’s feet on, or even briefly sit on, but the drawback is my senior chihuahua dog can’t jump onto it as a way to get up on the sofa. So I need to lift her. Oh well, I’ll still keep it for my own use!

It's small, sturdy, simple, and works. I like it.The cover removes for washing as well.

This is a decent looking stool. Good height and sturdy. Worth the price for sure.

Well made and takes all the pressure off my back, especially when working long hours.
