The BEST CarPlay screen for cars with existing infotainment systems!
This is the absolute BEST way to add CarPlay to your car... period. I've tried other, less expensive systems -- the screens offered less contrast, a clunkier, challenging UI, and much poorer build quality. This one is sleek, feels extremely well built, and the screen is bright, crisp, and super responsive. Connecting it was simple, and the "screen only" mode is A GODSEND for people with cars with existing infotainment systems -- I have a 2016 Ford, and it has Sync 2 with MyFordTouch, so I have existing ability to play Bluetooth audio, and native support (and decent native support!) for a phone -- including 911 assist if I should be in an accident and the airbags deploy. I don't want to lose the functionality I already have in the car -- including my steering wheel controls, so this is the best possible option. I don't have to connect my phone to it, and then it to my car's bluetooth, and lose the decent phone functionality built into my car (including the pre-existing microphone). The screen works as an interface for CarPlay, it's front and center on my dash, and I can leave my phone charging and out of my hands while I drive. If I want to use Siri, I can -- it works just fine without routing the audio through the CarPodGo. If I want to use the (awful) voice commands of Sync 2, I can.I can't actually speak to how well it works when you route the audio from your phone through it -- if you have any type of existing Bluetooth support (and probably steering wheel controls to match), there's no point -- just bypass it and use the Dual-Bluetooth or Screen Only (it's called different things in different places in the UI) mode. The ONLY recommendation I can make is to get an add-a-fuse adaptor with a lighter socket, find the fuse that runs your car's radio (hopefully it's in the cabin and not under the hood), and literally add a circuit for this to run off that will switch off when your radio turns off -- on door open, or after five minutes, or however your car handles it. My Explorer retains power to the power ports throughout the car for 75 MINUTES after the car is turned off -- that's a long, long time for this thing to be drawing something like 30 watts at 12 volts. Sure, there's a power switch on the plug, and you can turn it off every time you get out of the car, but that's a pain the keister, and I don't want this thing to vampire my battery to death.Other than the issue with battery drain, which is entirely the fault of my car and has nothing to do with the product, this thing is 100% exactly what most folks need. It's a little more expensive that some of the other solutions, but I assure you, you get what you pay for, and this is a much, much better designed, engineered, and manufactured solution than most.

Nice CarPlay device.
This device is a breeze to set up, and the user interface is intuitive. It functions flawlessly. I've installed it in my car, and it's a perfect fit. The display is vibrant, clear, and incredibly responsive to touch. The wireless connection is noticeably quicker than my car's built-in system. It stays firmly in place, even on bumpy roads. The included screen protector is a nice touch. The build quality feels solid, and the magnetic mount holds strong.

Works well and compatible with Jeep
I recently purchased this CarPlay for my Jeep, and I’m really impressed with how well it functions. The installation was straightforward, and it integrated seamlessly with my vehicle. Before getting this CarPlay, I used my phone for online map guidance, but that often led to overheating—especially during the hot weather when running navigation for extended periods. With CarPlay, that issue is completely solved. The larger screen makes it much easier to see directions while driving, and I no longer have to worry about my phone overheating or draining battery quickly. The system offers great convenience—it can read messages, handle phone calls, play Apple Music, and support various apps. The voice command feature is particularly helpful, allowing for hands-free control while keeping my focus on the road.Overall, this CarPlay has made my driving experience much smoother and more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a reliable and functional CarPlay, I highly recommend this one!

Very Clean and Does what it says it should...for the $$$ it should!
Coming from a few very poorly performing carpuride W901 Plus (tried twice) this thing is a true machine. Does EVERYTHING it says it should and most importantly, reliably. Or so far, it has been reliable. However, for the price, and its limited capabilities, I am not for sure if it is worth the extra dollars.I use Android Auto, and though it pains me to say this, Apple Car Play is so much cleaner then Android Auto (AA). When I tested it in my house with my phone, it worked great. Recognized all of my commands, did my text's etc. However, when I installed it in my truck, I had to repeat myself a few times, as well as having to redo messages a couple of times to get them to go thru. The interface is smooooooooth and does exactly what it states it will do! Every time I turn it on. Its kind of like having that Economy car...that though there is nothing really special about it, you know it will start and never let you down, every time you use it. That is a big deal. The pairing is TOP NOTCH. Never has it skipped a connection, and started every time. Again, absolute perfection. The screen is very nice....just about as nice as my Samsung S23 Ultra. Beautiful would describe it. To bad AA kind of 'washes' it out. The colors are very nice and crisp. The auto dimmer works fantastic. The cigarette plug is top notch. I love the fact that it has a on and off button on it, so I do not have to reach up to the unit to do it. I have a truck, so this is a reach. Also, the extra usb port is nice as well. The mount seems strong and stable. Time will tell if it holds or not. What I don't like. No screen mirroring. Yes, yes, I know, call it what you want, but I would LOVE to be able to screen mirror what I am watching on my phone to it. I spend a lot of time in school parking lots waiting on my daughters and it would be nice to be able to mirror my phone to it.Also, I feel that the screen is a bit small. No, it is small. IF I had to touch some of the icons in AA, they are tiny....and considering I have to reach up to it and try to touch a 1/4" sized icon...yeah, its small. But it is also non-obtrusive as well.Unlike many of these 'alphabet' soup Chinese portable units, this one DOES EXACTLY what it says it will do, and it does it exceptionally well. Might be a bit boring, but that isn't always a bad thing.Do I recommend it? Yes, but I really wish the screen was a bit bigger.

Fantastic carplay solution for older vehicle
Definitely worth the money! CarPlay gives my old Lexus GX460 a modern touch. The 60fps screen is super smooth and great for navigation. Bluetooth connects fast and stays stable. Installation was a breeze—I already had a rear camera, so I just powered it up and mounted it. Highly recommend!
