Very reliable

This leash is good quality. The reflective thread is nice to have. The stitching is good, clip is good, but not as robust as some sturdier clips. A lot of stronger leashes use the nylon webbing at double thickness. This leash is just single thickness. As a result it kind of folds up if you hold it in your hand along the length, making it less comfortable and harder to hold a pulling dog. The handle, however, has an extra piece of a cushioned material sewn in, so that part is more comfortable and doesn’t fold. This leash would be fine for smaller, calmer dogs. I have a 55-pounder who can still be leash-reactive (pulls strongly when she gets excited by stuff) and I don’t think it’s the best choice for her.

Stood up to puppy chewing---yes it was damaged and frayed but it stood up! Repairs were easy with a lighter...still have it!

This leash is nice and has a padded handle. It does seem a bit thin and durability might be questionable. Also, as a side note, make sure to look at the length you purchase, as 4ft is a bit short for me!

Nice quality and comfortable to hold

Strong stitching and quality material will provide you with the control of your hard pulling dog without failure.

I have a blue nose pit and she's a very hyper active dog and this leash woks perfectly with holding her. She's very strong for a 5 month old, but this leash hold up very well. I can hold her with this leash, but others may have trouble because it is a thicker leash and if your dog is very strong, if you wrap your hand around the leash and they tend to yank you, it can hurt. But that's with any leash
