I was starting to question if I bought a renewed or a brand new phone, even the battery health was a 100%

Phone arrived promptly, in very good condition, only one tiny little graze on the frame. Very happy for the price I paid. Everything working as efficiently as it should.Only problem was that it arrived with the incorrect charger. Luckily I had one.Other than that all is good!

Setting up the phone was a pain in the neck. I followed all the instructions but had to reset the phone and start again for it to work properly.

The iPhone didn’t come with a USB. I thought renewed or refurbished iPhones are supposed to come with USBs
