With all the assignments that I had to do this year, this booklet was exactly what I needed - short, concise and informative. The "Inside the Black Box" booklet series is pure genius! Getting the word about Assessment for Learning out there in short easy to read booklets.

I found this book useful when used alongside The Black Box, although it tends to repeat a fair bit.Handy for definitions of assessment.Used for a PGCE essay based on English assessment in the primary classroom.
