It is a gift so I cannot give an opinion on the product but it was delivered on time and well presented and packaged.I read reviews of previous buyers who said that the box was difficult to open. I did not find it a problem.Previously I bought a crystal ball for our son to use with his camera which he loves so I think he may love this too. It only did not get 5 stars because I will not be using it.

Just opened the package of my prism looks amazing soo classy and high quality one of the 1st things that caught my eye was a little chip of glass missing roughly from the middle of my prism. I shook the bag in my hand to look for the little fragented piece of glass and there wasn't one in there meaning it was sent that way.. could someone get in touch to replace ??

This was the first of three prisms I purchased on Amazon, all of which from different sellers/makers, all unusable! This had a nick/flaw in it so that, it being transparent, was useless, as the flaw was visible from every angle as you turned it. Perhaps if the same time was spent on quality control of these products as the packaging (which was very smart, unnecessarily so)? Was refunded by Amazon.

The item came in tact. It was clear and perfect. It is a birthday present so needed to be right. Very happy with the product and service. The follow up e-mail was a very nice touch as well. It shows a company that want to help their customers should there be any problems and they care.

I've been wanting to buy a prism for the longest time. After looking on amazon I found this great one! the fact that it comes with a handy little cleaning pouch is so good because now I don't have to be afraid of it getting scratched if I put it into my bag. Great value for the money!I didn't receive the ebook guide that's metioned in the name of the product. Also it came with 2 tiny chips in two of the edges, but they are not that perceivable.Overall great product

Bought this for photography the prism came with no imperfections and refract, the light beautifully only way it could be better if it was bigger very handy size for travel though.
