This still somewhat mysterious and closely guarded aircraft was accepted into service with the United States Air Force and is subject to a total export ban to other countries. Thanks to the licensing agreement, COBI can produce the now legendary Raptor. The high-quality block model was designed in a scale of 1:48, matching the rest of the Armed Forces collection, which includes modern military equipment. The plane consists of 695 elements including prints. For this set, we have developed completely new elements characteristic of the F-22: the nose of the aircraft with the cabin and vertical stabilizers. The model is perfectly finished and smooth just like its real counterpart with STEALTH technology. The set includes an opening cabin in which you can place a detailed pilot figure wearing an oxygen mask. The plane's landing gear can also be easily dismantled to better display the model on the included display stand, which also includes a plate with the plane's name and the US flag printed on it. There are brick bombs in the opening hatch, as well. The detailed block model of the legend of the skies is a real treat for collectors and enthusiasts of military technology and block modeling. Thanks to the use of high-quality ABS and lightweight construction our model has the features of stealth technology and is undetectable to radars, just like the real thing. LOCKHEED® F-22® Raptor® is a very advanced fifth (newest) generation fighter in service with the United States Air Force. Work on it began in the 1980s. It was designed by the American corporation Lockheed Martin. The first flight took place in 1997, and it was officially accepted into service in 2005. The F-22 is characterized by advanced technologies that provide it with excellent maneuverability, radar stealth and the ability to conduct both air and ground operations. Its main task is air superiority. One of the key features of the F-22 is the so-called "supercruise" - the ability to maintain speed above sound without the need for additional fuel support. In addition, the aircraft is equipped with an advanced avionics system, the AN/APG-77 radar, and a unique radar cloaking system, which makes it difficult to detect by the enemy. • 695 high-quality elements • Produced in the EU by a company with over 20 years of tradition • The blocks meet the safety standards of products for children • Fully compatible with other brands of construction blocks • Blocks with prints do not scratch or smear and do not fade during play or under the influence of temperature • Clear and intuitive instructions based on illustrations and step-by-step directions • 100% prints, no stickers • Pilot figure • Block display stand • A plate with the name of the set Model dimensions (L x W x H): 39.5 cm (15.5") x 28 cm (11") 11.5 cm (4.5") Safety Warning Danger of suffocation due to small parts that can be swallowed Review: Great model- solid alternative to Lego - Good lego alternative. Bricks together well. Looks great ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great quality *by A***S on 14 July 2024* Really loving these COBI kits. Fantastic quality. Superb likeness to the real thing ### ⭐ Hard to build, missing pieces! *by D***R on 18 January 2025* For a relatively expensive model this is terrible. The bags of pieces are all muddled up so it’s really hard for a child (or anyone!) to sort through all the pieces, which are all dark grey, to find the correct one. The images in instructions are really hard to see so it’s difficult to see which pieces are needed where. If that’s not enough there are lots of pieces are missing! Several of them on the outside of the plane so they really show. My son spent hours trying to build it but is gutted that after all that he doesn’t have a nice looking model to display. ## Frequently Bought Together - COBI Armed Forces Lockheed F-22 Raptor, Black & White - COBI Armed Forces F-35®B Lightning II® Jet Plane, Silver - COBI Top Gun F-14A Tomcat Fighter Plane - 1:48 Scale 754 Piece Building Set with Maverick and Goose Figures --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.cy/products/613672120-lockheed-f-22-raptor-scale-1-48-695-pieces-1](https://www.desertcart.com.cy/products/613672120-lockheed-f-22-raptor-scale-1-48-695-pieces-1) --- *Product available on Desertcart Cyprus* *Store origin: CY* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
