As of right now, it’s been a great product. It came within 24 hours no damage with the packaging, we /family and friends really like this item. I prefer to go with a bigger one of the option. It’s only a few dollars more. Takes a little used to get set up and sometimes the photos don’t always cycle the best but that just is because of updates or are you just needing to refresh it like any phone or electrical device. When loading it with a lot of pictures. They come through right away. I would recommend to do one at a time or do not do more than 3 to5 . When I send to family frames , I only do one or two at a time. Because you never know what your Internet connection is doing, and it might not fully load on their end. But as many times as you want. Do yourself a favor and go with the 15 inch over the 10 inch if you have room for it it makes a difference, especially if you have older photos and you need to adjust them. It gives you more room to work with and you can see things clear especially the older pictures aren’t as detailed as the new stuff that has come out on our phones. So if you take photos of older photos, you’re gonna want the bigger frame to see more detail. We have lots of photos from the 70s and things from grandparents that we wanted to keep and put on here and cycle throughout the day. Also, it’s really cool that your family could be 1000 miles away and send you a photo at 6 o’clock at night. Or you can do the same you can also like pictures and heart, pictures laugh 👍 symbols and they get a notification on their phone. And for older folks, it’s easier to see with the bigger screen , the appearance isn’t bad. Looks good app isn’t bad at all easy to use , and if you have iPhone, you can literally just select the photo and send it right to the Frameo app and boom. I have three or four family members with versions of these using the app and it’s ran smooth so far. Easy to connect to Internet. Pretty simple straightforward.

I bought 2 of these for my daughter in laws for Christmas. It was their favorite gift! Perfect for wedding pictures and also perfect for first baby pictures! I really like the larger size and that other people can send pictures to the frame. Easy to set up and easy to use.

I got this for my grandma who lives out in the country and hates technology. She just told me it’s the best thing anyone’s ever got her! There is a $17/per year subscription to be able to remotely manage the frame allowing me also to upload longer videos. So worth it! She calls me talking about all the uploads from the day. It was super easy to set up and the video playback isn’t too loud. The power cord was a little annoying but we found a good spot for it! It looks beautiful and the image is amazing. 10/10 I tell everyone about it.

Awesome Frame. Very crisp display. I transferred my photos from my 10" Frame (different brand) to this and it was a breeze. I use a usb to download and transfer, no issue. The Fameo app expand the capabilities of the frame, like calendar and other features. It is a paid app but will let you remotely upload 10 pictures at a time. This is a game changer, once you moved to the 15.6" frame you will want another one. :)

Got this for the Mrs for Christmas and she's loving it. Works great. The Frameo app is simple to use. Family is sending in pics from all over. Picture quality is great. Settings are simple. Probably gonna get another for my mom!

I have only had this frame for about a week, but it was easy to set up, it works as advertised, and I really like the picture clarity. Only being able to upload 10 pics at a time through the Frameo app is kind of a pain, as well as only being able to load 1 video at a time (with 15-second video limits). But if you have an SD card and want to load your pics and videos to that, it's a much quicker process, and you can include longer videos that way too. I should have had the patience to go out and buy that to do an upload instead of using the app. (Plus, it gives me a physical backup of all my pics.) Would have been much faster overall. I tried the shuffle feature, and as some other people have noted, that does seem to limit how many of all your pics you get to see. So I just put it back to factory setting (I think by upload date), and I'm happy with that. I'm buying another, smaller frame to keep in my home office, and will be using the micro SD card that I bought for backup purposes to transfer my photos to the new frame when it comes. I'll update the review if it craps out after only a few months, but I'm hopeful I can get at least a few years out of it, for the price I paid. **** 9/20 update. After another week, it feels like every option for the slideshow only goes through a certain number of pictures. I've tried shuffle, show by date taken, show by date uploaded, and all of them, after a few hours, start showing the same pictures and videos over and over. I uploaded almost 300 photos and videos, and I probably only see somewhere between 30-50 (I haven't actually counted) of the same ones. Sometimes I'll see a picture I haven't seen before, but it feels like it wants to show all my videos back to back. Has anyone found a way to get it to actually go all the way through the entire collection? Oh, and I'm storing them in resident memory, not in the cloud.

It would be a 5☆ but had a small complication in setting up. Seriously small!!! If my wife and I were a touch more computer savey or not as electronically challenged lol solid 5, but after the initial set up and connecting it was SUPER EASY. We've been having fun going through old photos and adding them to the slide show. Afterwards the sleep set up is awesome to. Saves energy an comes back on in the morning as well Really cool product i will definitely be buying again for sure. Lots of features and simple, and yes it has a backup memory as well

the connection is unstable. Despite the frame indicate "amazing" wifi connectivity, I had a lot of issue uploading pictures from the app. It stuck in the uploading, and have to reboot, turn off wifi, and try all kind of tricks to try and get it to complete the upload. the worst alternative is to buy an old fashion USB to USB data cable if I want to do a normal copy from my PC..... regretted not getting a nixplay instead

This frame is awesome, we started with the smaller 10" version but found that across the room the images were too small to see easily. We bought the 15" as a birthday gift but were so happy with the larger pictures we ended up buying 2 more, 1 for us and another family bday present. The app for uploading pics is very easy to use and sharing the code with other family make it easy for everyone to upload pics.

My wife love it. We can share easily our photos from our cellphones.
