Legitimately skeptical this wouldn’t work without the caffeine, but it does! Great for workouts when the caffeine in other pre workout blends will keep you up late and that’s not your desired effect. This has simple proven ingredients and tastes good. The tingle is wicked intense (for me) but it subsided after a few minutes and goes away completely when you start pumpin’ . Legit!

GREAT pump, I’ve never had a preworkout where I didn’t miss the caffeine, but with this one my energy and focus are amazing.BUT…I never have really noticed bloating with other creatine supps, but this one is noticeable. it may be something else, another ingredient in this causing it.Also, for me there is too much beta alanine, very bothersome itching and tingling that lasts past my workout.

I have had a hard time finding a pre work out that tastes good and is easy on the stomach. This one has a great taste, it’s easy in the stomach weather your using it in the morning, afternoon or late evening. It goes provide a great pump during your workout and I have not noticed any major crashes.

This is a pretty good product, get a good pump off of it as well
